View, close to beach, general cleanliness and amenities
Staff brought people to view the unit, used key to open door and didnt knock.
Beach means frozen drinks. No blender.
Rug in bathroom, once wet, smelled of cat pee.

This is very well equipped condo. The kitchen was perfect!
The second bedroom bed was a little too firm for our taste, but luckily the couch and daybed in the living room were perfect!

Easy to find, good parking and an elevator to the third floor. Very nice sized kitchen and bathrooms, commodious and comfortable bedrooms with windows that open. The apartment seems newly updated and clean. The view looks out over a road and parking area for the adjacent state park. The water view is not directly looking at the ocean but it can be seen and heard as it not far. The Lighthouse trail is just across the street and there is a private trail to the beach. The fireplace is not real so don’t bother with a presto log or firewood.
There is no check in per se...you will get a code along with confirmation for the lock box which contains the key. The code did not work, however we called the management company and it was solved very quickly. We enjoyed our stay.
The King Tides viewed from the Westport Tower did not disappoint either. We saw the waves explode over the jetty, soaking and knocking over those who were trying to get the best photos up close. I recommend viewing from the tower. Even those on the lower level got a little water logged! It was fun and exciting!
