This studio condo was perfect. Check in and out was very easy. Had a parking pass so didnt have to pay to park and was so close to everything you could walk to the opposite side of main street in 25min. The store was only 2.5 blocks away this condo is a prime location. Room was clean had a kitchen and fridge to store left over food from dinners out and store. 10 out of 10 will stay again!

Hosts were great from initial booking with details on upcoming stay. Easy entry passcode made it simple to come and go from the unit. We cooked breakfast every morning and the full kitchen was perfectly equipped. Hiked all three days during our stay and could easily walk to each trailhead from the unit. Only a few blocks walk to all restaurants and shopping downtown Aspen for dinner and drinks each night. Visited a locals bar, "The Buck", our last night which was a treat to chat with all the very friendly people that keep the town running all year! We will definitely stay again as the price was perfect for the value, cleanliness, and location. Highly recommended!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The carpet needs updating I think. It says for 4 people but 4 people in my opinion is to many for this small space. Also, it didn’t have central heat and air. It was a portable air conditioner that was not made available to us to use and it was warm in there during the day. Thankfully we were gone most of the day. We left the windows open at night and they did have a fan that I sat on the nightstand. Otherwise I would’ve not been able to sleep. The host was very informative and explained the a/c situation. Overall the stay was okay.

The owner did a great job in making this very small space very liveable, very comfortable, definitely for one person. However, two things are important to note: You need to be a very deep sleeper to not be bothered by the cars, buses and snow cleaning on Main street, where all the windows face. And, you must be tall -- everythihg is made for a person that can reach the hangers in the closet, the dishes and everything else (I suggested a step stool and the owner was very responsive for future renters). I was not happy with the noise; but if you arene't a light sleeper, its offers good value. Very cutely designed space!

Great location in town. Unit was as described and perfect for our needs for the weekend. Now for the challenge. The keypad wasn't working at the property when we arrived to check-in. It was late, so after about 30-40 minutes when we did not hear back from the owner/property manager I called to find a last minute hotel for the night. I had the correct code but clearly the keypad battery was dead or it was off because it made no sound and didn't light up, and I have used these keypads before at different properties. That was inconvenient and frustrating after a long travel day. We had a morning excursion but by the afternoon when we returned the owner fixed the keypad (now it was making sound and lighting up). He refunded us one night's fee. The rest of the stay after the keypad worked fine.

The condo was just as described. It is updated, clean and cute. The owners have paid a lot of attention to details, for example the TV is on a swivel so you can watch from the living area or the sleeping area. I had everything I needed, including two coffee makers to choose from. All of the bedding and towels were nice quality and smelled really fresh! It was a great stay in a great location - close to everything. Would definitely stay again!

This studio apartment is perfectly located in Aspen for a long weekend. It is a quick walk to downtown and there is plenty of parking outside the condo. The space itself is incredibly clean and has everything you would need. Fantastic amenities and very easy to access. Check in was incredibly easy and check out was swift. We will definitely look at this studio when we come back to Aspen!

This apartment perfectly suited my needs when I traveled to Aspen for a friend's wedding. The property is centrally located, with parking available but also within walking distance of downtown Aspen. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to any messages I sent.

The room was fine, but the little things that didn’t meet expectations made for a less enjoyable experience. Oven fan didn’t work, bedside light did not work, remote control needed new batteries, light was out in the vanity. It would have been nice to have backup supplies. Despite that signs were posted that said no smoking, other tenants did otherwise.

My husband and I visit Aspen several times a year and have stayed at a variety of rentals. This particular trip was booked fairly last minute, so options were limited. Overall, our stay at this condo was disappointing. It's in fairly rough shape. When we tried adjusting the heat on the thermostat, the faceplate (which was attached with some tape) fell off and we were not able to use it, so we had to rely on a space heater. Parts of the bathroom vanity are detached. The bathroom ceiling is covered in orange-brownish spots. And, as other reviewers have commented, there's a subtle odor in the unit. While the location is decent, we've stayed at many places even closer to the gondola and lifts, had a much better experience, but paid virtually the same thing we paid for this stay. To make matters worse, this property requires you to either purchase insurance or put down a very significant deposit. I have never been asked to do that at a rental in Aspen before. It's both ironic (given the poor state of the unit) and annoying (nearly two weeks later, I'm still waiting on my deposit to be refunded). I will say that the property manager was very responsive. When I messaged him late Friday night about the thermostat, he called me right away to let me know about the space heater. Aside from his attentiveness, I'm struggling to find good things to offer about our experience. Would strongly encourage you to look for other alternatives unless absolutely desperate.

The unit is centrally located to the Aspen village. It is a small space but well designed, well equipped and sufficient for a couple. The owners Michael and Melody were very kind and very responsive to a few requests that we had. We would definitely stay here again!

I loved the layout of this studio. The location in downtown near the gondola is ideal. The kitchen was very nice as well. The owners placed a portable air conditioner in the unit which was awesome on some hot days in July. My son and I loved this place and would definitely stay here again!

This is a studio in the best location in Aspen! Walking distance to everything in the town and next to the river and most beautiful trails. Tons of restaurants, coffee shops nearby plus a grocery store and liquor store a few blocks away. I thought it was a 1 BR for some reason but it’s definitely a studio. I’d say good for a couple or maybe two if needed with the pullout, but that would be tight. The owners are great and were very communicative and responsive with quick questions. During the stay the mattress caves in perhaps from prior guests and the owner replaced it with a new one the same day! And refunded us for the night we had slept on it, our first night. Was so cool of them. Would stay there again as a couple weekend away!

Great little place in heart of Town!

Great little place in heart of Town!

This was our second time staying in this great little studio. We came up for another show at Belly Up. The place is clean and charming and has everything a couple needs for a great time away. We parked our car in their private lot and left it there for the rest of our trip as we walked everywhere around town and took the bus around the valley. Look forward to staying again someday!
