About this house rental

This cozy and charming beach pad is two blocks from Mission Bay and walking distance to several amazing dining options. Just a quick bike ride to both Sea World and the Pacific Ocean! All amenities provided to make you feel completely at home:) Crown Point is on the outskirts of Pacific Beach and is much quieter and bit more mellow. It is more of a family community and the heart of the town is focused around the bay. The bay is not nearly as crowded and crazy as the ocean/boardwalk and in our minds is a lot more peaceful!

Spacious, immaculate property with everything you need. Located at the back of the owner’s property — very safe and private. Great kitchen and lovely little patio with bbq too! Two blocks from the bay and a wide multi-use path that goes for miles. Hosts were very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Trish & Brad are amazind hosts providing everything we needed for our 7 night stay and very responsive. The house was clean and comfortable, centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with parking and 2 blocks from the bay. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for me, traveling alone it afforded everything I needed. Was steps away from the beach and a great little cafe and coffee shop. Parking was easy, right in front of the house. Very quiet neighborhood and tucked away behind the main house and fence felt very secure.

Great location for walking and jogging. Near two bays with wide walkways around both. Grocery store nearby and easy access when driving. The little house was neat and clean. Had all the amenities of home and well supplied. The hosts were very gracious and willing to help us if needed. Will go again to this little vacation oasis!

My wife and I had an awesome time at Trish and Brads bungalow. This was our 3rd visit and we only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bungalow is just like the pictures. In one word “immaculate” ! Hopefully we’ll be able to return to Mission Bay in the near future and spend some more relaxing time. Thanks !! 😎👍🏻

This was my first time visiting San Diego and it couldn’t have been better. The location was central to everything we did for five days. Trish and Brad were perfect hosts and helpful with all our wishes. Their place was immaculate. Helpful hint: if you don’t want to bother with a car just Uber everywhere! No parking worries.

The guesthouse was fabulous! It is much larger than it looks in the photos. Everything was immaculate and every little detail was paid attention to from the coffee that was provided, to the beers and la croix in the fridge, to chocolates left on the coffee table, to the excellently stocked kitchen , to the washer and dryer complete with detergent and bounce sheets. They even had an iron and an ironing board. Trish and Brad are warm and easy to chat with.....the backyard patio was lovely and cozy. Everything was fabulous and we can't wait to come back some time. Also, it is two blocks from Mission Bay which makes it easy to go for a bike ride or a jog on a fantastic path along the bay. Highly recommend and you wont' be disappointed!

My parents came to visit me and stayed at Trish and Brad’s and it was the perfect place for them! They loved the location (its proximity to the beach and coffee shop), couldn’t get enough of the comfortable bed, and were impressed with all the amenities and the outdoor patio! 100% would recommend and they’ll definitely be back there :) Trish was also super communicative throughout and always did her best to accommodate.

Brad &Trish were excellent hosts. The location is perfect for seeing all the local site and hitting the beaches. The sunsets on sail bay were awesome. We had a lot of fun seeing our family and friends throughout San Diego in addition to getting some R&R. Property is in great condition and has all the amenities you need. We chose to eat most of our meals at the rental. The patio is great for morning coffee or afternoon/evening barbecues. Looking forward to our next trip to San Diego and staying here agin.
