Flip Flop Lagoon is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathrooms, 1700 sq ft home in Tybee Island's historic Fort Screven neighborhood that backs up to beautiful Jaycee Park. This family-friendly home is ready for a splashing good time, all year long! Vacation like a local, flip flops and all, in this great home with ample outdoor space and an optionally heated private swimming pool, spa, and outdoor patio.
The outdoor pool and patio area feature an optionally heated 14ft X 33ft, up to 6ft 3in deep, lagoon-style pool with an attached jetted overflow spa. The outdoor space is beautifully designed and has an all-new brick paver patio and a fully enclosed outdoor shower. Take a dip in the pool by day, and relax in the spa by night.
Enter the home through the screened-in front porch that overlooks the swimming pool below. The main level living area features a large sectional sofa and 55-inch flat-screen TV, and a dining table that seats up to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a professional-grade gas cooktop range and oven and new appliances and breakfast bar seating for 4. The main level bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and has access to the first-floor bathroom, with all new walk-in shower, that is also accessible from the hallway.
The remaining bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs. The Primary bedroom overlooks the expansive Jaycee Park and is furnished with a King size bed. The attached ensuite bathroom has all new fixtures plus a brand new custom tiled walk-in shower. The first guest bedroom on this floor is furnished with a Queen size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a Twin over Double bunk bed and also has a TV. The bedrooms share a hall bathroom with a tub and shower combination.
Spend hours lounging by the pool soaking up the sunshine, or entertain your guests with a backyard bar-b-que cooked on the charcoal grill. Or simply take a stroll to the beach for hours of sun, sand, and surf. By day's end, you will love to spend the evenings on the screened porch, reminiscing of the good times and great memories that were shared together. We recommend guests use the beach access located at the North Beach parking lot which is located by The Tybee Lighthouse and only a 6-8 minute walk from the home and offers public restrooms and shower facilities.
There is ample parking for up to 4 cars. There is a hot and cold enclosed outdoor shower. In-home high-speed wifi is available. This home is not pet-friendly.
Heated Pool/Spa Option: Guests may choose the option of adding pool/spa heat to their reservation for an additional cost.

The pool was amazing! A quick walk to the beach which was great for families and kids. The outside screened porch was perfect for relaxing and watching the kids in the pool

Nice house on quiet street. We would recommend renting a golf cart to get around island easier.

House was large and had great spaces for people to do different things and not bother others. Kitchen was well stocked with pans and dishes. Outside areas were huge with beautiful pool/hot tub and additional space for tents or tables. Outdoor shower out front was nice for after beach time.
The construction site next door unfortunately had multiple cars/motorcycles during our 5 day stay and we were called 4/5 times every day because they parked in our spaces causing the parking ticket police to come ask if the cars were ours.
That was a hassle and could be avoided if outside signs were hung. Great remodeling job and comfy beds! Great parking area for 4 cars too!
