Beautiful cottage in the rocks

Beautiful house in a wonderful location close to Arches and Canyonlands. Quiet, comfortable, well equipped and the hosts were extremely helpful and approachable. Would love to stay again if we were in this area. We were delighted to have found this property.

The space was so lovely, clean and perfect for our stay. I really appreciated that the space smelled normal, there were not any awful air fresheners, just the light smell of wood. The bed was comfy and the bathtub was really nice! Our host was a super sweet and awesome guy, he was easy to get a hold of and offered great kindness beyond just being the owner of the space. The location was gorgeous, a bit outside of actual Moab which meant quiet, coziness and safety from the tourist vibe. We were able to work in the space on our computers perfectly and then drive into Moab to explore.

Great little place. Has all you need to have a fun time in Moab.Host was very friendly and available. The only minor things i would call out are the lack of A/C in the bedroom itself and no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Both were not enough to change the review. The place is really nice and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat.

This is a nice cottage with an awesome kitchen, views, quietness and horses/dogs on property which we loved. The owners are very nice and easy to communicate with. Amenities are great, kitchen was stocked with spices and coffee, washer and dryer work great. The only issue, which was a somewhat big one for us, is that it is not truly a one bedroom. The bedroom does not have a door so there is no privacy. There are also no window coverings on the kitchen window which creates more lack of privacy. I am very light and sound sensitive so this was an issue and I purposely book places with a separate bedroom for this reason, so my traveling companions can do their thing in the mornings/evenings and I can get some shut-eye. Luckily we were traveling with our son. Had it been another couple it would have been an even worse fit. Even traveling with family, I would not have chosen this rental had I known. The other thing is if you enjoy watching TV or movies the TV is sub-par and strangely located. The owner did comment on this so I assume it will get remedied but wanted to call it out nevertheless as we do like to wind down our vacation days with a movie night. I am giving it 3 stars for the bedroom reason as I feel that needs to be disclosed in the property description.
