Vizcaya #8 - Moab's Newest Luxury Rental

Everything was clean and up to date and the property was in a good location.

We enjoyed the spacious living room/kitchen, separate bedrooms for our family and the ease of getting into the property.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was unacceptable. The bedding in the master appeared to be unchanged from a previous guest. Hair and mystery marks were on the sheets when we pulled the bedspread back. When we went into the closet to get a new set of sheets, the spare pillow on the top of the pile had dried blood all over it. The bottoms of our white socks were filthy after walking across the floors, and the couch leather had so much grime on it we had to wipe it down before sitting. When I texted management about the issue with the bedding, all they did was drop off a set of sheets. No apologies, offer to clean it, or anything. Finally, the "view" and balcony with a bbq/patio...is on the parking lot. You literally have someone's car parked on the railing, not the beautiful view of the mountain advertised. We are travelers. The only requirement we are firm on is cleanliness. This property was the only disappointment during our two week vacation.
