DVD/VCR and 3 bicyles. In addition to the 3 bedrooms, the Great room includes a queen-size sofa
sleeper to accommodate up to 6 guests. Be one of the lucky to stay in this

We really enjoyed staying at this home. The pictures don't do it justice. It was very nice and cozy. The property owners were very nice and flexible. They responded within 24 hours of every message usually within 12 hours or less. It was absolutely perfect for everyone who was with us. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a great location to the whole gulf coast and everglades. Thank you so much to the Helys for making our vacation relaxing and enjoyable. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay at Royal T. Hely was very helpful and communicated quickly in response to our questions. The property was exactly as advertised The central location provided easy access to all the local amenities. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing and comfortable setting. We look forward to returning soon!

Hely was fantastic and accommodated us in every way. She was a magnificent hostess and the house is outstanding. We really enjoyed the heated pool and couldn't ask for more. We hope to stay here again.
