LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Check out Coronado's Guest House near the beach! One block from Orange Ave. In the heart of town! Come escape the heat of the summer. The guest home is detached and has it's own entrance. Private, fenced, 16 x 10 patio for your exclusive use! Gas barbecue on the patio. Enjoy a comfortable glider to read a book or connect to wifi. This home has a beautiful new upgraded kitchen with quartz counter tops, Murphy Bed with a new queen sized 12 inch Tempurpedic type mattress folds up during the day for extra space. Enjoy TV and WIFI, Heating and AC unit for temperature control. Rain shower! Washer and Dryer in the bathroom. Microwave doubles as a convection oven, and there is a 2 burner gas range. Light and bright, but black out curtains available to swap out the decorative ones. Take Olive Ave 2 blocks to F Avenue. F Ave in 3 blocks takes you to the world famous Coronado Beach. Or go one block to Orange Ave (main street in town), and stroll 6 blocks past numerous shops and restaurants to the Hotel Del Coronado. Von's Grocery Store is 2 blocks away, Starbucks, Clayton's Coffee Shop and Panera are within 3 blocks. There are upscale restaurants and shopping lining Orange Avenue (too numerous to mention them all.) There is lots of parking in the adjacent parking lot, and street parking within the block is usually available. Pet friendly, with a small private fenced yard for your exclusive use. Perfect for DOD assignments, traveling nurses, work contracts in the San Diego area. Pets upon approval. Walk to dog beach. Come stay in our detached studio guest house. We'd love to have you!

Cozy cottage with everything you could need or want for either a business or vacation stay. Clean, well thought out space, having the essentials provided for kitchen, bath, washing, etc. Close to all and a great central spot for walkabilty to the many shops, sights, and beaches around the island. Parking was easy.
Frank and Connie were excellent hosts, always cheerful and so very helpful... much appreciated!

Coronado is a magical place and this little exquisite beach house is in the perfect location to enjoy all that the island has to offer. Everything is within walking distance: it is very close to the library, the park, and all the shops and restaurants, yet very quiet and secluded from the hustle bustle of downtown. The beaches, the ferry to San Diego, and the Hotel Del Coronado are only blocks away.
The cottage itself is a cozy sanctuary, immaculate and beautifully appointed with brand new everything including a washer/dryer, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The patio is nice and private - the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee and sit and read, and there’s alway a nice breeze.
The owner is an artist and her paintings and beautiful decorating reflect her love of Coronado. She and her husband were delightful hosts and I can’t wait to come back and stay with them again. You couldn’t meet finer people whose kindness and hospitality and love of Coronado made my month there, (and my cat’s!) a delight!

My husband and i loved staying at this beach cottage! Very clean and comfortable! Walking distance to local restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again and again. The owners of the property were very nice and accommodating.
