About this house rental
This recent house located in Saussan (small village 6 kms from Montpellier and the sea) with contemporary decoration has 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8, a private pool of 12m x 3 m, a walled garden and a WIFI connection.
Large space to live on the ground floor 100 m² with fully equipped kitchen, open to large living room. 1 office + 1 laundry with all necessary equipment (LL, vacuum cleaner, cleaning products ...). 1 parental suite with SDB + dressing.
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and bathroom + 1 large bathroom common to 2 other rooms with showers and bath. The room (pink) has the bed that converts to a double bed 140 cm, in the second room, it is 2 beds of 90 cm, the second is a drawer that moves.
Landscaped garden with dining table + barbecue + garden area to make the most of summer evenings.
Private parking is available on site.
It is forbidden to smoke indoors. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.
Note: the stairs to the floor have been designed in a contemporary spirit and are not secured by a ramp. They are dangerous for young children, we prefer not to rent for this reason to parents with children under 8 years or to unruly children who could fall ...
We do not ask for a deposit upon booking, a deposit check of 2 000 € will be requested upon arrival, it will not be cashed.
