About this house rental
Capesp34 presents you at the gates of Montpellier, in a very residential and preserved area, this contemporary villa of 150 m2, with its swimming pool and its clear view on the golf of Juvignac, will be the ideal frame for a stay of relaxation and discovery.
Built on a garden of 1400 m2, bright, it is composed as follows: ground floor, a beautiful living room overlooking the wooden terrace of 100 m2, on which we can enjoy a beautiful pool ( secured by alarm) of 8 x 4 m; a fully equipped kitchen; a parental room with room of annexed water, TOILET separated.
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 double bedroom and 2 children's bedrooms with single beds), and a bathroom with toilet.
Outside: Children's games (swings, trampolline, ..)
Close to the Golf Resort Fontcaude Montpellier and its 18-hole course, this holiday villa is also ideally located: Montpellier is 10 minutes, and you quickly reach the beaches (Carnon, La Grande Motte) or the exceptional sites of the hinterland (Saint Loup Peak, Saint Guilhem the Desert and the Hérault Gorges, Lake Salagou ...).

Très belle maison récente avec des prestations modernes, au calme la nuit sans aucun bruit, une vue magnifique sur le golf, une superbe piscine très appréciée pendant les fortes chaleurs... et Cannelle et Vanille qui ont très généreuses (10 oeufs en 1 semaine) pour lesquelles mes filles ont eu un vrai coup de coeur.
Merci à vous Sébastien et à toute votre famille! On a passé une très belle semaine à Juvignac!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine de vacances en famille ! La maison est vraiment idéale, aussi bien à l’intérieur qu’a l’exterieur, avec tout le confort moderne et surtout un point de vue exceptionnel sur Montpellier et ses environs sans aucun vis à vis.
Nos enfants ont également pu profiter de la très belle piscine bien entretenue.
Mention particulière pour l’accueil très chaleureux de Sébastien et Karine ! Bref, je recommande sans hésiter !
