Always a pleasure. Was surprised to see the new residence on the hill. We stayed at your other rental last year. Seemed a little close...we are used to "no neighbors" that we can see...lol. It did feel a little awkward. Everthing else was as usual. Thanks!

Absolutely loved staying at the farmhouse and the working farm. The farm house was absolutely spotless, and verrrry roomy! Sooooo enjoyed the vineyards, the lake view ( and sunsets) saw deer etc.....The peace and quiet was amazing.....Definitely a place to unwind. Would definitely stay there again! The property was private and quiet. Everything we needed was available to us. The view was one of a kind. Lake Erie is way off in the distance where you cannot see waves but the view was out of this world. The brilliant blue of the distant water blended beautifully with the vineyards all around the area where the house is located.

Great stay! Clean and comfortable, tastefully decorated for the homestead type house. Property is quaint and private. Oh, and the grapes surrounding the property! Sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed my coffee. Perfect trip!

Had a wonderful stay at The Home Stead House with friends. The weekend went by so quickly I feel that we barely had enough time to take in the property’s beautiful surroundings and view from the orchards. We will definitely will staying here anytime that we are in the area.

The location of the house is quiet and relaxing the house itself is very roomy and was very clean and welcoming We will definitely be booking another trip. If fishing is what your there for there are 2 main launches ( Barcelona and North West ) less than 15 min away.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay. The house and property set the mood for a girls wine weekend. The charm of the 1800s house with vineyards, an old barn and tree swing. It's proximity to the wineries, distilleries and lake Erie was amazing. Everything was only minutes away. We can't wait to come back and just escape for another long weekend

This house had everything we needed and more. There was ample space and comfortable seating and beds. I appreciated the supplies in the kitchen like measuring cups, whisk, baking pans etc… and the toys for the kids. The house is nestled within miles and miles of vineyards and there’s a lovely view of Lake Erie (10 mins away) which is enormous! We enjoyed the fire pit too. It was a very nice stay. Thank you!

This was the first time using a home rental property, and we were thrilled with how everything went. We went in with low expectations and we’re completely surprised with how nice everything was. Many trips to this property and hopefully many many more. I can’t thank the host enough for the outstanding accommodations. If you are traveling to the Ripley/Chautauqua County Region this is the property to stay at or if it is booked try the other property (Concord Acres @ The Vineyard House) down the street which is equally exceptional and under the same ownership. Every time we visit we wish we never had to leave.

The house was just as described. Plenty of space for our two extended families to spread while spending lots of time together. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of areas outside to sit and relax. The only downfall was one bathroom but with some compromise we made it work. Wendy answered whenever I contacted her very quickly. Overall we had a great stay!

I love old houses with lots of character and this one certainly fit the bill. The rooms were super comfortable with plush bedding. The air conditioning was comfortable even though we keep our house cooler. There were fans in the rooms. The bathroom was tight but serviceable. But that view! Incredible sunsets

We had a great time at this old farmhouse. Wendy and Art were lovely hosts, and the house was perfect for our needs. The house looks rather small from the outside, but don't be fooled -- the inside is spacious and clean. Hoping to return next year for the perfect sunsets overlooking Lake Erie and the vineyards. Enjoyed the privacy. Property was nice and relaxing. Loved the porch. Take a bug zapper or spray. Many rules posted but nothing unreasonable. Bathtub while charming, is very high and difficult to get into and out of without falling. Not suggested if knee or back problems. It is not handicap friendly. Location worked well for our needs and easy access to 90. .
