About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment in a quiet area and close to everything.
100 m2, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, a beautiful living / dining room whose bay window overlooks the Archaeological Museum, so no opposite.
A beautiful viewpoint, where you can see the sea in the distance, and the Castle of Santa Barbara immediately on the right. It is a lively, popular district where you will find all the small shops necessary for your daily life, as well as some very nice little brasseries and other tapas bars;
- 3 mn walk you have the "Plaza del Mar" Shopping Center, with cinemas, restaurants, shops, and "Al Campo" (Auchan),
- 100 m you have the bus stop C6, which is the direct shuttle with the airport, (same stop for arrival and departure),
- 50 m a taxi station,
- 100 m the metro and the tram which runs along the coast to Dénia, passing by San Juan and its long sandy beaches (15 mn) and the famous Benidorme,
As you walk, you will be 10 minutes from Postiguet beach, 15 minutes from the port and its esplanade, and from the heart of old Alicante, bypassing the Castle on foot you will be 20 minutes from the central market, "Mercado" Or by taking the metro at only one station.
- On both sides of the street two small parks with children's games and benches under the palm trees.
-Just opposite, the Archaeological Museum,
- at 100 m, the entrance to the castle of Santa- Barbara Castle, but it will take you another 20 mn of walk to arrive at the Castle and its point of view impossible to circumvent. A terrace will allow you to take a refreshment. A lift access is right next to the "pont-toboggan" which is on the beach of Postiguet.
- Not far away Salsa, Bachata, gym, pottery classes, information in the folio of the apartment.
- Finally, the Hospital and the entrance of the emergency service are 50 m from the apartment.
The apartment itself is spacious and bright, two rooms each equipped with a bed of 140, a room with two beds of 90. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet. A beautiful living room / dining room will allow you in all conviviality to meet you to share the anecdotes of your day.
Sheets and towels are at your disposal for free, allowing you to travel well and all lightness.
Beach towels are also available.
On the evenings of feasts and fireworks, you will be able to be a spectator of the sky from the living room.

We love Alicante and Christelle’s apartment was great. So many windows and a balcony with spectacular view. It’s a 15 minute walk to the Mercado and a little more to the beach but very enjoyable. Our apartment was clean and well furnished and Christelle was easy to reach. Any problem was taken care of immediately. Thank you for a wonderful winter.

From the initial enquiry about the property to checking out following a lovely Chrsitelle thee property owner was fantastic. The property is of a very high standard and in a fantastic location in this beautiful cuty.

This is a fantastic apartment. We stayed for two months and have no complaints. The stairs keep you fit, air conditioning not needed as fans and windows on three sides. Not in the centre of the city, but the bus service is incredibly reliable, frequent and cheap. There is a supermarket and mall nearby. The views from the apartment are great, It is fitted out very well with everything you need. Kitchen is big enough to allow cooking at home as the apartment is lovely to spend the evening in. Cannot recommend this place enough
