The location. Comfortable! Clean!

Even though it is outside both the city center and Arcadia, it is a very good location as there are many very good restaurants and supermarkets near. It is not possible to get closer to the beach, still while able to park in the underground parking, and there are different beach clubs near from laying on the bare sand for free to high-class places with oysters and champagne. Recommended to people who want an affordable place on the beach but do not go to the loud beach clubs anymore.
Funny to say that it was not good because it is a new building. The reason is that the electricity went off from time to time and many apartments were still under construction so it was very noisy there, but only during day hours. Also, if you face the water one of the beach clubs, the only one that is loud, parties all night. Only negative thing is that we had to pay extra for cleaning during the week.

Gated building with underground parking. Host was easy to communicate with and met us with keys and explained where everything was. Clean apartment with an amazing view of the sea.
Construction in the building, but that's not a huge problem. They start around 10am and finished around 5. Spent the whole time at the beach anyway.

Panorama to sea, very near to best beach of Odessa.
Very good equipment.
Female Manager was a bit less polite ("Odessa women are generally speaken strange in comparison to rest Ukraine").
There is an aunt colony in the room (see picture). I was attacked during night. My critics was answered with "you should be more clean".
Manager entered room without my consent (in my culture a no-go) to try to eliminate colony by vaccuum cleaner ("rudiculous")
