Welcome to CALYPSO, a fully renovated 120 m² semi-detached house, designed to offer comfort, modernity and a welcoming atmosphere.
Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood, this 4-room house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Its generous living spaces, veranda, terrace and excellent facilities make it an ideal base for a family or group stay in Biarritz.

Spread over two floors, the house includes:
🛋️ A spacious living room, perfect for relaxing and spending time together.
🍳 A fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, combined gas and induction hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, ground coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils.
🌿 A bright veranda, with a dining table for up to 6 people, ideal for family and group meals.
🌞 A 27 m² terrace, with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the sunshine.
🔥 A gas plancha, perfect for outdoor meals.
🚿 Two bathrooms:
ground floor: a shower room with a separate toilet;
first floor: a bathroom with shower, double washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.
🛏️ Three bedrooms upstairs:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed, 160 × 200 cm;
Bedroom 2: two single beds, 80 × 200 cm, and a wardrobe;
Bedroom 3: Queen Size bed, 160 × 200 cm, washbasin and wardrobe.
📶 Wi-Fi, to stay connected during your stay.
🧺 Washing machine and tumble dryer, for added convenience during longer stays.

🫧 Welcome amenities: soap, shampoo, toilet paper and essential toiletries are available upon arrival.
🧺 Bed linen and towels: the beds are made up for your arrival. Bath towels and bath mats are also provided. The linen is cleaned and sanitised by our professional laundry service, Homies Eco Pressing.
🧹 End-of-stay cleaning: our cleaning team carries out a surface clean after your departure to prepare the house for the next guests.

The town centre is approximately 15 minutes away on foot, where you can enjoy shops, restaurants, cafés and the lively atmosphere of the city.

🌊 The seafront, beaches and water activities are easily accessible from the house.
🛍️ Town centre, shops, restaurants and cafés nearby.

We had a fantastic stay here. Very much a home from home with good facilities I'm a lovely quiet part of Biarritz. Great local shops and not too far fo walk to the more lively old town. We loved it !

Très jolie petite maison dans un hameau au calme absolue, très bien équipé et très bien situé, on peut se rendre à pied assez rapidement en centre ville où à l’océan au niveau des 100 marches !

Fabuleux. Maison tres bien equipee, spacieuse et decoree avec goût. Parfaite pour les familles mais aussi pour se retrouver entre amis. Beau salon de jardin avec canapés et plancha. Bel eclairage a la tombee de la nuit.
