The 2019 newly built beach house, is within walking distance only about 400 meters from the Baltic Sea. Far from mass tourism, in the former fishing village Börgerende, directly on the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Ostseeradwanderweg leads directly over Börgerende. Swimming, lounging on the beach, fishing, endless walks along the sea to Warnemünde or Kühlungsborn, by bike along the Baltic Sea cycle path, ride on the steam train Molli, golf, horseback riding ... everything possible!
House:
In a great and quiet location is the 2019 completed beach house WE 04. You live not only in the immediate vicinity of the Baltic Sea, but also have through the nature reserve Conventer Lake, the ghost forest in Nienhagen and the Baltic Sea resorts Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde ideal hiking and excursion opportunities. The perfect holiday for hikers, sea lovers and recreation seekers! Of course, your dog is also welcome here! The beach house offers, with its two floors, space for up to 6 people. For pleasant Temperateuren provides in the cold season underfloor heating. This extends over the entire house. In addition, it has a living space of about 85 square meters and a garden. On the terrace you have a beach chair, a parasol and garden furniture available. On the property there is a lockable shed, here you can safely store your bicycles, for example. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom, including a shower, hair dryer and a towel dryer; a storage room and a large and light-filled living and dining area with open kitchen. The fully-equipped modern-style kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and much more. In addition to a cozy couch, the living area also offers a large flat-screen TV, a games console and an extensive collection of games. On the first floor is another large daylight bathroom with shower. There are also two bedrooms with a 2.00 x 1.80 m bed, as well as a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. For our little guests there is a travel cot and a highchair available. In the developed Dachspitzboden is 1 double bed (1.60 x 2.00). Sufficient information about sights and attractions can be found in the tourist information which can be reached on foot. There is a bike rental service on site. The nearest supermarket is located 3 kilometers away. In the immediate vicinity you will find a small bakery and several restaurants. Please note that this is a non-smoking house. The apartment has a free parking and a pet is welcome (6.00 € / night and one-time 12.00 € pet cleaning). Other travel cots and high chairs are available for a fee. Linen sets are chargeable to book.
