The "Seepferdchen" vacation home in Börgerende can accommodate up to 6 people and is located in a quiet area.
The house spans two floors and is located just about a 10-minute walk from the natural beach. Spanning 66 m², the house features a combined living and dining area with a fireplace, an open kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a guest restroom, and two bedrooms. The furnished, west-facing terrace with a view of the greenery invites you to enjoy relaxing moments outdoors. Enjoy a relaxing vacation on the terrace or cozying up by the fireplace.
The open-concept living and dining area is equipped with a sofa, a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, and a radio with a CD player. In addition, free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available for checking email or doing research. The Wi-Fi is not suitable for streaming movies. The cozy dining area is perfect for shared meals or game nights. The fireplace provides cozy warmth and comfort, especially during the cooler months. From the living area, you have access to the sun-drenched terrace.
The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and hand mixer round out the kitchen amenities. A small freezer is available in the upper bedroom for use as needed.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a closet for your clothes. The second bedroom is accessible via a staircase on the upper floor. Here you’ll find a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 180 cm). A TV, a dresser, and roller blinds for privacy are also provided. A high chair and a crib are available for young guests. Additionally, the upper floor features a guest restroom with a sink and mirror, as well as an area with a dresser and a sleeper sofa (120 x 190 cm).
The naturally lit bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink with a lighted mirror, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. The entire first floor features tile flooring with underfloor heating; the bedrooms on the upper floor have laminate flooring. The vacation home is a non-smoking property; pets are allowed.
