We are returning guests. The condo is well appointed and includes everything one might need for a short or long stay. Very nice Condo at the North End of Palm Springs across from the Visitor Info Centre. Condo had lots of natural light and was a corner unit and close to where I parked my car. Also very close to the pool and laundry room. A very nice condo.

We were in Palm Springs 2 months. The Condo met all of our needs. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The rest of the condo was also equipped with everything u could possibly need. The pool was excellent and the grounds crew were always around tending to the grass or other things. Parking was very close The landlord was very easy to get in touch with if u had any questions Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful place-lots of natural light. Very safe place!

Had a great time while staying at Michael’s property: the apartment is cozy and well equipped with everything you need to feel like home. Ideal solution to enjoy peace and tranquility, and you can stay safe during the pandemic by walking around the massive complex and going to the least crowded of the 5 pools available there. Communication with the host was friendly and effective; hoping to come back in the near future!

We were there a month. The condo was immaculate, Michael was extremely helpful when we had any questions. It was cozy, warm & very comfortable for the 2 of us. The kitchen has everything for the simple to gourmet cook. We loved the grounds, walked 2-3x around daily for a good exercise. The 6 pools were lovely, we swam in the morning after walking. Michael has some nice swimming floats for relaxing & working out. Laundry is right downstairs, very convenient.

Michael’s Property in Palm Springs is lovely. Everything needed for a month’s stay was there. The Condo was neat & clean, the kitchen had the necessities for cooking & eating. The bed & furniture were comfortable & the bathroom was well kept. Michael was easy to contact & responded to messages quickly. He greeted us on arrival & made us feel at home. As this was my third visit to the complex, this condo was by far the nicest and most well equipped I have seen. Being a top floor end unit close to the pool is a real bonus.. Michael has made every effort to ensure all things were available. Lots of nice and thoughtful touches were evident and it was a very restful experience. Thanks Michael!

The condo was very comfortable and had everything one would need for a stay in Palm Springs. The only negative was in leaving the windows open at night, we were awakened early by the traffic noise on Palm Canyon Drive. Other than that, all was great and would return again. Thanks Michael!

This is a wonderful and well equipped condo. I was looking for a brief rest and time with friends. The condo complex and this particular unit were perfect. It is well appointed and situated on the edge of town. When I wanted quiet, there was plenty. When I wanted some activity, the downtown is a quick ride away. All in all, it was perfect.

Michael's condo is very comfortable with the L-shaped couch, great bed and nice linens. It is also well stocked from the coffee for both the drip coffeemaker and the Keurig and basic necessities such as salt, pepper, etc. The mountain view from the balcony was very nice. You can get a nice breeze through the unit with patio door and window open. It is a good location for Palm Springs with the tram just across the street and art museum and art fest just minutes away. We had a lovely stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a great week at Michael's condo. It is a compact and very usable unit with all the needed amenities. We swam in the nearby pool everyday, hiked at Tahquitz Canyon and the nearby Morongo Reserve, and ate at Nature's, the Tuscan Grill on Palm Canyon, had several meals at Al Dente, and enjoyed treats at Cielo coffee bar and nearby Tutti Frutti. I would also recommend Jelly Donuts (Sunrise at Vista Chino?) where the donuts are fresh made each day on the premises, and Rocky's Pizza in the same area. These last two are close to the condo near the Albertson's. Michael is very attentive to all needs and easy to contact if needed. I would also recommend visiting Sheild's Date store on Hwy 111 near Indio. One of the last of it's kind with many varieties of dates to sample and buy.
