The Space:
The open floor plan connects living, dining, and kitchen spaces for easy gatherings. The living room features a smart TV, comfortable sofa seating, and an electric fireplace. Dining table seats 6 with overflow seating at the kitchen counter and high-top café table. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a Keurig coffee maker. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, smart TV, patio access, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and walk-in shower. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen bed. The second bathroom includes a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
☀️ The backyard patio is designed for full days outdoors with a sparkling pool, hot tub spa, chaise lounge chairs, shaded dining area with high-velocity fans, and a propane fire pit built into the round table for cozy winter evenings under the stars. The Neighborhood:
🏔️ The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is directly across the street, taking you up Chino Canyon to Mt. San Jacinto State Park with a museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Downtown Palm Springs is a 10-minute drive south with vintage boutiques, interior design shops, chic restaurants, and art galleries along the central shopping district.
The area is known for hot springs, championship golf courses, and world-class spas. Joshua Tree National Park makes an excellent day trip, and Coachella is within driving range during festival season.
Getting Around:
Downtown Palm Springs is 10 minutes south by car. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway station is across the street. Joshua Tree National Park is approximately 45 minutes east. Palm Springs International Airport is about 15 minutes away. Highway 111 provides easy access to the Coachella Valley and surrounding desert communities.

• Minimum stay: 28 days or more only
• Utility deposit: $1,500 per month due prior to check-in. Utilities deducted at end of stay and remainder refunded. If utilities exceed $1,500/month, guests cover the difference. Customer Care team coordinates deposit payment
