About this house rental
This feng shui designed light and airy villa is nestled amongst lush tropical trees and has fantastic views of the ocean. Its privileged and private location attracts many of the worlds rich and famous every year. Playacar phase 1 is often viewed as a pristine jewel of the 'Riviera Maya'. this coast boasts some of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world. Playa del Carmen has many Mayan conservation sites and this villa is located right next to one of the sacred Mayan ruins.
The villa is harmonized with its tropical surroundings, its interiors and design suggest mediterranean simplicity fused with Mexican hacienda heritage.
This is an ideal place for families or groups. Its secluded pool is drenched with hours of sunshine everyday and
there are many spacious private areas to relax when you need some downtime or to escape from the family or friends.
On request you can have a cook prepare delicious meals (all of the American and Mexican favorites).
Please let us know when making reservations if you require this service.
Service is only available from Monday to Saturday.
The town and shops are so near you wont need a car as you are only a few minutes walk from the famous 5th avenue.
in town you will find a great selection of fashionable boutiques, amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars and much more. On 5th avenue you can spend hours popping in and out the shops or bartering with the locals for your favorite souvenirs. Take a refreshing beverage on a roof top bar and have a cool margarita, or sit and watch the world go by with a coffee or some italian gelato ice cream.
Whatever your style, whatever your taste or your interest, Playa del carmen will not disappoint you.

We had a great stay at Casa de los Angeles. The neighborhood was very quiet and conveniently located. The closest beach was our favorite in all of Playa del Carmen. It was not a terribly long want to 5th ave and the shops/restaurants there. It was very nice having the pool for the kids. We enjoyed that the rooms are on one side of the house across from the communal areas. Kitchen was well stocked. Highly recommend a stay here!

It is a wonderful home, we couldn’t ask for more! Magdalena is a wonderful host, above and beyond! If we had a request, even it was attended to immediately. She is an generous and kind person and her home reflected this spirit!

We had a wonderful stay at Magda’s beautiful Casa in Mexico! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and full of charm. My family especially loved spending time in the pool—it was the perfect way to relax after exploring the area.The location couldn’t have been better. We were able to walk to all the attractions, restaurants, and activities we had planned, which made our vacation feel effortless and enjoyable. Whether it was the beach, local markets, or cultural sites, everything was just a short stroll away.Magda was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared that we had a great stay. She provided helpful tips and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient home base while exploring the area. Really nice house in perfect location steps from the beach and close to town. The host Magdalena was very friendly, attentive, helpful and went beyond what we expected. We would love to return.
