About this house rental
Standing facing the sea on a small hill for an unforgettable vacation, the villa is located inside a private residential area with security guard. It is planted with tropical community gardens and overlooks a beautiful palm-fringed beach just 1900 meters away. The residence offers a view of the mountains without vis-à-vis.
The common areas include two swimming pools, one of which overlooks the sea, both enjoying spectacular views.
The infinity pool is open annually from June 15 to September 15.
Both are subject to timetables, which are mentioned on the Access doors.
The villa is composed of three bedrooms (modular) with an upstairs bathroom with a bathtub, a sink and a toilet, and a bathroom, equipped with toilet and sink.
The house is not on one level, on the ground floor is the fitted kitchen, the living / dining room opening onto a large furnished terrace of 30 square meters.
A parking space is also available in front of the house, as well as in front of the house garage.
The rooms are distributed by half floors.
The villa is located in the tropical coast, swimming is possible all year round, the temperature does not drop below 17 ° C during the winter.
For golf lovers, an 18-hole course called 'Los Moriscos' is available 15 km from the residence.

We had a lovely stay in Almuñécar. The property is clean and complete. The swimming pool nearby the apartment was great.

Beautiful well kept, clean and well equipped house in a quiet residential area. Stunning views into the mountain and close to beaches, restaurants and bars (albeit using a car). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the host was very helpful and welcomed us into the house. The development has two very nice pools although the larger is open from June to end of august only. We found some very nice beaches less than a 5 minute drive away, and if you venture a little further there are nice restaurants by a marina and next to the beach. The house is very well equipped and comfortable and was perfect for our small family with a young son. Throughly recommend.

the villa is clean and equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom and a lovely terrace. It is located near the coast with beautiful beaches and cozy beach restaurants.
It's also a wonderful base to the Sierra Nevada, Granada and Malaga.
