About this apartment rental
A bright 85-square-meter apartment in Almuñécar
(Velilla-Taramay neighborhood), renovated in 2012 and furnished with great care.
Fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dishwasher.
Small balcony with seating for 2–3 people, a small fold-out table, and sun all afternoon.
One double bedroom (ensuite) with a private bathroom and one bedroom with twin beds and a separate bathroom.
The living room opens onto the kitchen. The dining area is right off the balcony.
It’s just a one-minute walk to the beach promenade.
From there, there are two beaches—one to the right and one to the left—
—which you can reach in no more than two additional minutes.
The cove on the right (Playa Tesorillo) is particularly beautiful. There are also two restaurants here where you can enjoy a good meal. Incidentally, both of these restaurants are highly recommended for dinner as well.
There are many excellent restaurants along the waterfront promenade, right on the beach. During the summer months—and especially on weekends—it’s advisable to make a reservation in advance.
Almunecar is located one hour from the destination airport in Málaga.
Therefore, a rental car is essential.
The Velilla-Taramay neighborhood is about a 5-minute drive from downtown Almunecar. Here you’ll find large supermarkets, fish markets, and fruit stands.
In Taramay, along the waterfront promenade, there are small boutiques where you can find everything you need for daily life.
The apartment is located on a very quiet side street right next to the waterfront promenade. Almuñécar is a very safe vacation destination. Nevertheless, we have security cameras and motion detectors in the stairwell. There are no cameras inside the apartment!
Granada, home to the world-famous Alhambra, is just
50 minutes away by car.

The condo was a perfect fit for us and the host, Stefan was a good communicator. Location near the beach is superb. The unit was spacious and had everything we needed. We highly recommend it!

We where do i start .this villa has it all except a large supermarket close by.but the bus service is fantastic and cheap. If you are looking to travel and see the sights rent a car if you like walk the board walk dont bothers withthe car beach is just 5min walk and the owner has chairs so you can bring them to the beach. The two bedrooms and great large beds and also two bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal and the surrounding are is really nice. Wonderful 5 weeks

Very well equipped. Except the bed. For us it was too hard.
