Pilmour Place - No 6

The location

I enquired about checking in an hour early and was told it would be 30£ which is expensive for an hour early. Upon arriving to the apartment the hall is dim and musty in need of a refresh also the front door lock doesnt seem very secure. The door fails to open fully due to the mat. The apartment is smaller then percieved in the pictures. The couch is very uncomfortable. The kitchen was small but well stocked... the light and extracter fan in the bathroom where unable to be switched off.. there appeard to be a sensor but it wouldnt turn off... we messaged for assistance but were told to "check for a switch near the door or on the wall." Which only turned off the living area light... The Headboard in the bedroom was Dirty...There was belongings left in the wardrobe along with towels and bedlinen reducing the amount of space for use... The bed was comfortable. Location is perfect but for the price you would expect higher standards.

Very central location and perfectly clean apartment.

Wasn't the best value for money for what we paid.

The location was ideal and also quiet, only small thing was actually knowing which accommodation it was within the building which was not immediately clear that it was on the half landing. Apart from that it was really nicely appointed, small but perfect for myself and ideal for a couple or a small family if the sofa turned into a bed? Was a great stay!
