Poor value for money and not a great experience.

The flat was clean and the bathroom was tiny but warm and useable. The kitchen area was clean and tidy.

Entrance hallway was tired looking, the entrance hall and stairs smelled of damp and the hall carpet was very dirty. The interior door to the Flat was not obvious and the tight stairs up to the Flat door were a trip hazard. On arrival the heating was off and the flat was very cold, the heating instructions mentioned in the 'Welcome Pack' were missing. The Flat was very cramped. The Living room sofa (sofa bed) was tiny and below expectations. The closet was untidy and spare bedding/towels were messy, and the owner had left personal clothing in one area of the wardrobe which should have been put away so guests do not see it. One of the remote controls, to the second TV, did not work.

Quite a bit of dust under and around beds. Cups were tea stained. Owners clothes/belongings in one part of wardrobe.

The key fob box for the key needs to be clearly marked with the apartment number; confusing when ypu arrive after a long journey; 8 hours from London.

The flat was spotlessly clean and in a perfect location.

The only issue I had, was that the sofa bed for the third person was fine for a smaller person or a child. My son is 6’4 and it was a little small. However this was a minor issue and overall the flat was great.

Comfort and close to the action says it all

The apartment was very comfortable and as described 30 seconds from the golf course of St. Andrew's. Location is everything and this place was it. Very close to everything in St. Andrew's.

You need to provide kleenex, you need a makeup mirror and your mattress and pillows need to be firmer.

Great property!

Primarily the location but the apartment was beautifully fitted out- nothing was lacking. Despite it's very central location it was very quiet as it faced the courtyard gardens of Gilmour Place. Would definitely book again.
