About this apartment rental
Ideally located on a beachfront location in St. Andrews, a few doors down from the Old Course and the R&A clubhouse, with stunning views of the ocean and beach. Within a few steps you can tee off on the famous Old Course, walk on the beach or eat at a restaurant. 2 blocks away is the high street with shops and more restaurants.
The flat is new, comfortably holding 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms (one is an ensuite). The living space is open plan, with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a living area with a couch and tv. There is a great little nook where you can relax while watching the beach views, listening to music or just reading a book. There are also lovely views in the back, of the green spaces and neighbouring stone buildings.
There is free street parking in front of the building on The Scores. There are 4 restaurants on the block and it is 2 blocks from the high street with more restaurants and shops. You can walk out on the West sands beach, or down the street past the ruined castle and cathedral to the harbour and the town's second beach.
Of course, there is the golfing for which St. Andrews is famous, with the Old Course's 1st tee and R&A clubhouse 100 meters away. There's also the neighbouring courses, the Balgove, Eden, Jubilee, New and Strathtyrum courses.

Great location! Less than a 2 min walk to the Old Course Pavilion. 5 min walk to get to the grocery stores and shops. Definitely would stay here again in the future. Parking is in front of the property on a first come basis.

Outstanding flat, with full amenities in a perfect location. Modern, super clean and very comfortable flat within a few minutes walking to town. Great responsive host who was also very flexible with our early check in. Hope to stay again in the future.

The location can't be beat. It's close to everything that matters in St. Andrews. The host was awesome and welcoming. The flat itself was well appointed and had everything we needed to prepare a proper Thanksgiving dinner for the family. We would stay there again if given the chance.
