- The location is superb - right near the beach and easy access to the supermarket and local restaurants - the outside area is great - spacious with lots of different seating available (could probably do with a little more lighting) - Was nice and clean when we arrived, has a washing machine, BBQ and everything you need to cook a decent meal - You get your own dedicated parking space - THE VIEW

- The window in the bedroom does not lock!! and is temporarily fixed with a simple latch pin which you can open from the outside. This means you are not safe at night, or your valuables are not secure when you are off the site. - We had sap leaking through on our stuff through the ceiling in the bedroom from the wooden beams - this went on our clothes, bags and my laptop. - The shower leaks under the shower door and ends up running right the way through the property (we tried to plug with floor mats but you can't stop it - even with a short shower)
