About this villa rental
Close to the beach, on a large private plot (2000m2), recent house (delivery at the end of July 2015) composed of 2 semi-detached villas. These 2 villas, equipped with all modern comforts (equipped kitchen, air conditioning, HD TV, Wifi...), will offer you a relaxing holiday. Pets are not allowed.
Close to two mini-markets (100m), many seaside restaurants, you will even forget your car which will only be useful to visit the island of beauty!

The F3 Villas (85 m2) each have their own separate entrance and are arranged so that everyone can enjoy their holidays to the fullest. They consist of: • 1 bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed, wardrobe cupboard • 1 bedroom with two 90x 190cm beds + a mezzanine equipped with a 140 m2 mattress that can make an additional double bed, wardrobe cupboard • 1 living room with table and chairs, a sideboard on which there is a flat-screen HD TV. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4 hobs, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a very complete set of dishes with coffee maker, espresso machine, electric kettle and toaster • 1 bathroom with shower, walk-in, vanity unit and hairdryer 2 toilets including 1 separate toilet. The outdoor layout around a large terrace equipped with 1 table, 6 chairs and a BBQ.
At the back of the land on the way back from the beach, you can take advantage of the outdoor showers to rinse off with fresh water before returning to rest in a deckchair in the shade of the trees.

This was our second quarter on Corsica after a stay in Bastia. We looked for a stay on the west coast, an appartment or house with sea view. And this villa was our choice. A good one.
The building is new, 4 years old and equipped with everything you expect on a specific price level (complete kitchen with good equipment, big living room, 2 bedrooms etc).
But the main attraction is the location: you walk through the garden, cross a street and are at the beach. We really enjoyed snorcheling here! Corsica's west coast is sometimes a bit windy, so don't expect to be able to swim every day.
Around the villa you find a everything you need as a tourist in a few hundred meter distance. I would still consider an own car as a prerequisite to come to Abbartello and explore the area.
Denis gave us a warm welcome and made an early check out possible.
