About this apartment rental
Great base camp location an hour south of Tamarindo and 30 min north of Nosara. Large and spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, almost 1800 sq ft with patio access from both bedrooms and living room. Both bedrooms feature dual/Eastern king beds and both baths offer double sinks. Kitchen is full size and is fully equipped with most, if not all, that you would need to cook your owns meals (if you choose to do so). Features a breakfast bar that seats 2 along with a table and chairs for 4. Open floor plan. Covered Patio runs the length on the condo and has 4 seats to relax, look at the grounds of the complex, or just listen to the surf from the beach that’s only steps away or the beautiful sounds of nature. There’s a good chance you’ll see monkeys in the neighboring trees along with other wildlife, including a wide range of birds. Great central location to explore the Northern Pacific Coast areas of Guanacaste and the Nicoya Peninsula. Condo has lots of newer upgrades including a AC units, TV, refrigerator, washer and dryer, stove, bedding, drapes, blinds and newer ceiling fans in bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Beach towels are also provided.

This rental met all my expectations as to location and amenities.
Very spacious 2 bedroom condo with everything that I required. It is situated between Tamarindo and Nosara which provides for many great destinations for your vacation.
FYI:
If you are not familiar with the area you should know:
This is a remote area and traveling around can be hampered by the roads. A good 4WD is recommended.
The condo is in a beautiful spot, While there are some unfinished buildings in the area, it is a very nice neighborhood with beautiful homes and a very nice hotel and restaurant local.
While not brand new, everything required was in working order.
