About this house rental
This is a beautiful, remote, modern, eco-friendly, Zen-style home in the mountains. Enjoy the fresh air on the patio, and swim in your private infinity lap pool.
Enjoy the panoramic windows and spectacular views of the ocean and mountains from he deck. Watch the birds and listen to the howls of the howling monkeys.
Large property lines with electric gates in a gated community. Only a 15 minute drive to the beach and many other amenities, such as a beautiful restaurant.
The location is close to many famous beaches and attractions, and a 45-minute drive to Tamarindo.
You'll need an SUV or a truck to get to the house (4×4), but there is plenty of parking when you make it.
There are two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and air conditioning, should you need it. Part of the house's eco-friendly features is that it allows the outside air to come into the house through mesh windows, which are always open, creating a natural indoor breeze.
The kitchen is fully equipped, so feel free to cook any meal you like on the stove or in the oven or the air fryer. There is a BBQ also at your disposal.
There is a full-size washer and dryer, so feel free to do your laundry.

We wanted a week of quiet and remoteness to get away from crowds during Holy Week and this was a great choice.
Host was responsive and helpful, place was clean and well appointed. The pool was appreciated for its vistas and much needed cool off dips. The mountain breezes were nice, with one evening quite gusty to add to the character of the area. This was a very good value for sure.
The twisty mountain road required 4-wheel drive for sure but was all part of the allure of the rugged remoteness and beauty of the area.
We saw howler monkeys, lizards, countless birds and even cattle on our daily hikes, but not a lot of people - perfect!
Would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a little remoteness and is willing to take a few worthwhile bumps in the road to get there!
