About this apartment rental
The apartment is in a new holiday home which was completed in 2013. The apartment is modern and tastefully decorated. A fully equipped kitchen is located in the 65sqm apartment.
Due to the hillside location you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and the islands of Brac, Solta and Hvar. The apartment has a balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful view. A nice grill corner is at your disposal.
The house is very quiet. The beach and the crystal clear water are only 200m away. There is no road that could contest the peace on the beach. In 1.5 km distance is Okrug Gornji with shops, bars, restaurants, pharmacies etc. There is also a German-speaking diving school in the immediate vicinity.
The old town of Trogir is only 5 km away and is easy to reach by car. Day trips can also be started very well from the house. B to Split (35km), Krka waterfalls (62km) or the beautiful town of Primosten (40km).

We hebben drie heerlijke weken doorgebracht op het mooie eiland Okrug. Het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien en is nieuw schoon en fris.

Unsere Erwartungen, was das wunderschön gelegene Ferienhaus "Ivanka" sowie unser modern und geschmackssicher eingerichtetes Appartement betrifft, wurden wirklich noch übertroffen. Es war bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt auf der vor der malerischen mittelalterlichen Stadt Togir gelegenen und mit einer Brücke mit dem Festland verbundenen Insel Ciovo. Doch diese Ferienwohnung, in der wir zum ersten Mal waren, ist wirklich etwas ganz besonderes: Ruhig am Ortsrand gelegen mit einem atemberaubenden Blick übers Meer, die Inseln Solta, Brac und Hvar sowie die schöne Buch des kleinen Ortes Okrug Gornji.
Da die sympathische Besitzerin Ivanka mit im Haus wohnt und es sich zur leidenschaftlichen Aufgabe gemacht hat, alles für das Wohl ihrer Gäste zu tun, war dieser Ferienaufenthalt für uns vergleichbar mit einem Besuch bei guten Freunden: Es war nicht nur möglich, die schöne Grillecke am Haus jederzeit zu nutzen, sondern wir wurden von unserer Gastgeberin gleich zum Essen eingeladen. Dabei hatten wir auch die Gelegenheit, die anderen Gäste des Hauses kennen zu lernen. Die seit vielen Jahren in Deutschland lebende gebürtige Kroatin Ivanka hat für ihre Gäste viele echte "Geheimtipps" für Unternehmungen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung in petto, die einem Erlebnisse bescheren, die man im Reiseführer nicht finden kann.

Da Ivanka uns in einem vorherigen Urlaub spontan die Appartments gezeigt hatte, war uns sofort klar, dass wir unseren nächsten Urlaub bei Ihr verbringen würden. Als wir ankamen, haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Appartment war tip top sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Küche hatte alles Nötige. Super waren die Rollos und Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern! Die Aussicht morgens beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon war einfach umwerfend. Ivanka war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit! (Danke für die Liegematten:))
So war auch der Grillabend sehr schön und lustig!
Wir können Ivankas Appartment uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen!
Es stimmt einfach alles! Wir kommen wieder!
