About this apartment rental
Relax and enjoy your Maui vacation in our 6th floor Penthouse Corner suite at Sugar Beach Resort.
The ocean views are stunning, to the left are the Kihei and Wailea resort areas, directly in front is the deserted isle of Kaaholawe, and off to the right are the Pali cliffs and the Maalaea Harbor, a feast for the eyes. The double lanai brings the ocean into the living and dining areas of the condo! Open the lanai doors and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes or close the doors and relax in the central air conditioning.
With no one above you and no one to the right, the condo is marvelously quiet and peaceful. You can prepare your meals in the condo or get take out from the little 'Sandwitch' restaurant found on site downstairs, or visit one of the many restaurants found just minutes away in the Kihei/Wailea areas.
The kitchen and dining area is completely remodeled with new bamboo cabinets, granite countertops, a large granite island, beautiful stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the condo.
There are two bedrooms, one offering a comfortable king size bed and the second has two twin beds. Both have their own private bathrooms. Large closets with built in shelves make unpacking a breeze. There is a washer/dryer within the condo, and the kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation.
Both bathrooms were remodeled and feature easy walk in showers with limestone tiles and well lit vanity areas.
The resort has a secured heated pool area and hot tub, you will receive the code when you check in at the on-site registration desk. Within the complex there is an activities desk to help you make plans to explore the island, a small, but delicious, 'Sandwitch' restaurant/bar.
There is ample parking in the large open lot and there are two elevators that provide access to all floors. There are even shopping carts near the elevators to help you get your belongings or groceries up to the condo.
Sugar Beach Resort is centrally located in Maui, just about 20 minutes from the airport, only 10 minutes to Kihei and Wailea, and about 40 minutes over to Lahaina town.
The beach in front of the condo stretches for miles in both directions, an early morning walk to check out the tide pools in the Maalaea direction is always a winner for those visitors waking up early with the time difference.
Our Penthouse condo is a lovely relaxing environment to call home while you are visiting the island of Maui.
Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Hawaii time. We are closed on major and Hawaii based holidays. Please allow us until Monday to respond to your weekend inquiries. Can’t beat this spot. Spacious updated condo. Big ocean-front patio. Steps to the pool and seaside. Host was gracious and responsive. A perfect trip for our family with two young kids.
