About this villa rental
Villa Rocas is like having your own private exclusive luxury resort at your fingertips. With breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean breaking on rocks in front of this incredible Villa as well as the incredible sunrises over the Sierra de la Laguna Mountain Range, Villa Rocas has the best of all worlds - a personal beach with private beach access, 9,000 square feet of luxurious grounds and amenitites for family and friends to relax including but not limited to; Rooftop bar & lounge area, a gourmet fully-stocked Chef's kitchen equipped with Viking appliances, a large private beachfront terrace facing the ocean with four level saline infinity pool, swim-up bar, ocean bar, sports bar, volcanic pumice enclosed fire pit & Spa Jacuzzi. The Villa has five master bedrooms plus a bunk room (All with their own private balconies and full bathrooms en suite), extensive outdoor living space includes many seating and eating areas, tables and a BBQ grill. The Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 13 in beds, 15 with the pull-out sofa .
THE ROOMS
Entrance / Grand Hall - Vaulted ceilings, fountain pool and indoor canal. The open concept grand hall with vaulted ceilings offers your first dramatic ocean views from the massive custom designed cherry oak front door - over the beautiful custom acid washed concrete flooring, the split level down a cascading indoor waterfall and canal running out through the Vista walls. Just beyond the expansive pool terrace, the Pacific Ocean welcomes you with waves crashing on rock.
Master Suite - The Master Suite is furnished with a king bed and features it’s own private outdoor shower garden. With a separated toilet area and walk-in closet, the center piece of the large 4-piece en suite is the soaking tub that also features his and hers handmade stone sinks connected by a wall of mirror and vanity. Designed around the large fireplace, our Master Suite opens to the Pacific ocean through floor to ceiling sliding glass. The room offers a private outdoor area where guests can lounge in over-sized couches and watch the waves crash on rocks below.
El Corazon "Honeymoon" Suite - Our 2nd Floor Master, is the stuff dreams are made of. Art adorned walls surround a double-stuffed King size bed with ocean views through floor to ceiling windows. El Corazon is furnished with a private lounge area for viewing the Pacific Ocean, a large 3-piece en suite and a desk with brand new monitor to finish that novel you’ve been writing.. Your own private balcony with designer furniture allow space for intimate gatherings like perhaps breakfast or sunset cocktails.
Starfish Suite - A favorite room with cherry wood and tobacco accents, the Tortuga Suite features a private balcony through floor to ceiling sliding doors. A luxurious Queen bed and 3-piece ensuite complete the vision.
Tortuga Suite - This "bunkhouse" with 3-piece en suite and private balcony. The three heavy, dark-wood bunks sleeps 6 people. One bunk features a full double bed. Perfect place to stow the kids with nanny, or your favorite security detail. Great for parties and events!
two Ocean Suites - Two suites directly overlooking the Pacific with unique architecture.
The Grand Terrace, Saline Infinity Pool & Spa Jacuzzi - an expansive terrace surrounded by low walls, gardens and palm trees, is a place of sun-worship, yoga or meditation. Deck loungers with umbrellas are the perfect place to lay away the days where the infinity pool meets the ocean. The infinity pool stretches out across your horizon, large enough for morning exercise laps, but serene enough for lazy drinks at the pool bar or float around on over-sized pool beanbags. Ascend the steps to your elevated heated Jacuzzi allows guests to relax, while taking in the sights - whether it be sea birds and whales breaching during the day, or an infinity of stars at night. Similar views can be had while enjoying a glass of wine with the company of friends at your very own ocean-side fire pit. A circle enclosure provides an intimate space with cozy cushions and a roaring propane controlled volcanic pumice fire. The Terrace is mere steps to the beach, where guests can be one with the surrounding nature. And when you’re done with the sand, rinse off in the outdoor showers and return to luxurious comfort that Villa Rocas has to offer.
Rooftop Terrace and Bar - An inspiring place to entertain, the bar is full service with fridge and sink for making cocktails and serving appetizers with panoramic views south and north. See the neighborhood from this unique perspective - watch whales breach and sea-life, or gaze at the Sierra de la Laguna mountain range or the Milky Way in the evening sky - ocean breezes make the rooftop terrace a singular experience with enough room to host musical guests and dance the night away.
Kitchen - An entertainers Chef's Kitchen with massive granite counter top and state of the art appliances. The first of Villa Rocas's 6 bars allow guest to be part of the food prep experience, as you or our guest chef prepare epic meals you will never forget. The second bar also faces the kitchen and seats an extra 5 guests! A full walk-in pantry for dried goods can be stocked by the Villa's Directors or feel free to scour the peninsula and stock the fridge and pantry yourselves. The world is your oyster!
Bar / Living Room Lounge - The open concept of the main floor of Villa Rocas continues from the Grand Hall through the dining and Kitchen areas into the Living room, Indoor bar and lounge. Designed around the large central fireplace, a large L-sofa can accommodate a whole party, and with at the rest of your crew at the tiled bar, it’s the perfect spot to catch the game on Super Bowl Sunday, Pass the Chile Nachos!!
3 Vista walls lead out to the connected outdoor lounge where guests can enjoy their favorite cigar, while being captivated by views of nearby Sierra de la Laguna mountain range.
THE AREA
Explore the area by foot, along the beach or hike the rocky trails from your front door. Our neighbors are a good distance away for the upmost privacy but close enough in case you need to borrow a cup of flour.
Just up over the rise south of Villa Rocas is a short but dramatic cliff-side walk to the famous Cerritos Beach Swim & Surf beach. Take a stroll with cooler in hand and catch some waves, get a massage, ride a horse or just rest and relax.

Everything was excellent! The villa manager provided recommendations for airport transport, catering, photographers and more! She was very response and too extra initiatives to prepare for our stay and ensure we were satisfied.

Our whole family, 8 adults and 1 toddler met at Villa Rocas for Christmas holiday. We had the most relaxing and warm Christmas. The home is beautiful, full of light bedrooms are comfortable and luxurious. Grounds are lovely to explore, everything is so well kept.Lots of room for all. Pool and hot tub put to daily use.We loved exploring nearby towns and beaches. Sunsets and whale watching was a treat. Nigel, Livy and Oscar were just lovely and so helpful. Would not hesitate to do it agin, hopefully we will return!

My husband and I were there with our adult daughter and her two children. More than enough room---and such fun rooms. It's a happy place. My grandkids couldn't get enough pool and the adults were comfortable keeping an eye on them when we weren't enjoying the pools ourselves. Great support team to help us find things we needed, suggesting great restaurants, and serving drinks.
Definitely a memorable Thanksgiving for us all.

We are a family of 4 kids (age 1-9) and travel all over the world to the finest homes and resorts. The home is nice, the views lovely and the location is great if you want to be off the grid. The staff that worked there aside from the property manger herself are all very nice, even her husband is super sweet, and they went beyond to help us try to resolve issues and make our stay a good one. That we appreciated very much. The downside was that our kids got head lice infestation, my son had a rash from the a dirty hot tub, and the master bed mattress was so soft it hurt my back and my wife and I could not sleep. Other than that the house itself is nice and enough space with great view.s. Even worse than the headlice and not sleeping was dealing with the very unpleasant and aggressive property manager herself which was a terrible, horrible experience from the very start. She is very aggressive, controlling and always trying to hustle us for more money and changing prices on things to get more money and trying to face things to happen. She took this to a new level weeks after we had checked out of the house and went so far to violate our private sovereignty and threaten our family and lied to security at a 5 start hotel on the other side of Cabo we were staying at as a family. She literally showed up with some rough around the edges hard nosed tattooed guy to "hunt us down" falsely accuse us of something, vs simply emailing us a question to get the proper answer, she proceeded to lie to security to get into our hotel and lied to get our hotel room number and then swindled her way to our private beach to accost us and threaten us all on a misunderstanding on her part that would have been solved with a simple email exchange.. She traumatized our kids who all ended up crying and in a state of shock as was my wife and I and our nanny.. We had to have security physically remove the two of them and we are now engaged in a legal effort as she demonstrated the most aggressive and freighting behavior, No guest or any person should ever have to be the recipients of this kind of violence, aggression , assault and illegal behavior.
