Great place to stay in the Galena area. I would happily come back!

House was a great layout for our large family group. Kitchen was well stocked. The house itself needs a bit of maintenance but we made it work.

Even better than the pictures! Great location with large bedrooms and communal gathering spaces for a large group. The host was friendly and helpful. We’d book again without hesitation!

Beautiful setting and loved the rustic charm of the home. Much of the high rafter decor was pretty dusty, but the living areas were clean and tidy. No coffee present and the nearest store was (as best we could determine) a 1/2 hour away. Had we known, we would have stopped to picked some up on the way in. (I don't think I've ever stayed at a VRBO before that didn't provide coffee or pods). We were also shocked to discover (after booking and arrival) that we were expected to haul out our trash to a landfill 6 miles away! Only expect that when remote camping, not when paying a required cleaning fee. Overall, the stay was fine.
