About this house rental
The house is equipped with microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, electric hob, fridge, washing machine and cable TV.
It overlooks the Sado River and the Arrábida mountain range.
It is 5 mn walk from the boats to Troia, from typical restaurants where it is served between other dishes, the famous fried cuttlefish.
The city of Setúbal is part of the so-called Costa Azul, an important port and commercial area. One of its main activities is undoubtedly fishing and is increasingly being sought by tourists, who find in the city and in its surroundings excellent itineraries to discover.
With a pleasant historical center, the traditional market line pedestrian streets that lead us to a nice avenue, which offers a huge and refreshing garden.
Located on the River Sado, the city offers the visitor the best and freshest fish and seafood.
Also noteworthy are the excellent beaches, namely Figueirinha, Galapos and Portinho da Arrábida (a beautiful sheltered bay), and on the opposite bank of the River Sado, which is easily reached by ferry, the Troia peninsula is about 18 km beaches and a golf course.
Around Setúbal are areas of preserved nature, namely the Sado Estuary Natural Reserve, where dolphins can be observed in freedom, and the Arrábida Natural Park, with unique characteristics, with species that can only be found in nearby areas the Mediterranean.

Very good location for the price. Nicely decorated and furnished. Bedroom and bathroom are up spiral staircase which is cute but a little tough on older folks. Left luggage downstairs and only brought the days clothes upstairs.

El alojamiento es ideal para una pareja, dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia: cocina, utensilios de cocina, lavadora, microondas, TV, secador de pelo, toallas, nórdico, productos de higiene... Está muy cerca del centro del pueblo, puerto, restaurantes, cafeterías, etc a los que se puede llegar andando. Está limpio y muy bien decorado, ha sido una estancia muy agradable al igual que la atención por parte de la anfitriona. Volvería a repetir estancia. Informar de que está cercano a una vía de tren cuyo funcionamiento comienza por la mañana temprano.

Recomendo vivamente a propriedade para umas férias a dois. Casa muito acolhedora e bem decorada, com tudo o que é necessário. A casa está muito bem situada e a proprietária é muito simpática. Tivemos umas excelentes férias, sem qualquer preocupação.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist in der Auswahl falsch angegeben. Die Adresse wird erst nach Bezahlung ohne Stornierungsmöglichkeit angegeben. Dann ist also alles schon zu spät. Mit Wissen um die Lage, hätten wir diese Wohnung nicht gewählt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist i.O., gute Matratze, alles da. Die enge Wendeltreppe ist beschwerlich. Wir haben darauf verzichtet, Gepäck nach oben ins Schlafzimmer zu bringen. Der Zug, der fahrplanmässig "durchs Zimmer fährt", muss anfangs erst mal verkraftet werden.
