About this house rental
The gîte has 145m² of living space on two levels. The ground floor includes: WC, hall, fully equipped kitchen living room (dining area and lounge, free WiFi TV), Bathroom (shower, changing table, infrared sauna with essential oil diffuser), covered terrace (furniture garden), fenced garden, secure chalet for bikes, BBQ with plancha, children's games, secure parking. Upstairs library with reading area, office area with sofa bed, bedroom with two single beds, bedroom with double bed + baby bed, changing table and cozy corner
We are a couple of young retirees. We have two children, our son, bachelor in hotel management lives in Canada our daughter graduated in tourism lives in Belgium We have six grandchildren. During all our trips we always went to meet the natives. We appreciate human contact and for this reason, we decided to create a gîte.
Land of hiking, cycling and legends, Remouchamps called "the pearl of the Ardennes" is a rural village nestled in the hollow of the Amblève valley. In a lush green setting draws the cottage "Les Gadlis". Very well located between the caves of Remouchamps (500m) and the wildlife park of the wild world (2Km), it allows other discoveries such as Ninglinspo, Forestia, Spa , Francorchamps and the fagnes. For cycling enthusiasts, the famous Côte de la Redoute is 2 km away. As for hikers and mountain bikers, the start of the walks is 30m from the gîte. The sports center with swimming pool, tennis, pétanque courts and large playground is only 4Km away. Lots of local shops such as an artisan bakery (200m), a shop delivering breakfast (200m), fried chalet (50m) first restaurant (500m), large stores within 1Km. Many restaurants in Remouchamps and Aywaille. Easily accessible by the E25 motorway, 25Km from Liège, 16Km from Spa, 20Km from Francorchamps, 60Km from Bastogne, +/- 50Km from Maastricht and Aix la chapelle.
