This lovely holiday home is located in the town of Theux Ardennes, also known as Ardennes Bleue as you will see the waters unfold everywhere. The exciting town of Spa is a 15-minute drive away. Ideal house for a weekend or a trip with the family in one of the most central locations of the Blue Ardennes. Everything is very close to enjoy in less than half an hour. Bobeline Spa is where you can relax and they serve the very surprising small and large dishes and desserts here in a very surprising way. Do make sure to enjoy the thermal baths of Spa, the only real origin in the world discovered by the Romans. This pet-friendly home allows pets at a nominal fee and has a barbecue, private and furnished garden which makes it suited for outdoor gatherings. A roofed terrace is an added bonus. The beautiful garden with front and rear sun all day long or enjoy the beautiful salon and the large windows let in ample sunlight. In September 2022, the house was provided with neat paintwork and brand new mattresses in all bedrooms. Liege Airport is 40 km away. If you do charge an electric vehicle against the rules, you will receive a €350 fine.
