Siamo sempre contenti di ritornare da ARDA. Un soggiorno perfetto in un posto bello, silenzioso e vicino alla spiaggia. Grazie e a presto!

Nella stanza ho avuto difficoltà a connettermi al Wi-Fi e navigare

Camera e ambienti in comune molto puliti, dotato di tutti i comfort, staff molto gentile e disponibile. Giardino bellissimo e molto rilassante.

The location is fine although it is in the backyard of other houses near unfinished buildings. Nevertheless it is close to the main street and the beaches.

The ground floor room did not fully correspond to the photos. There was ceiling fan instead of the air-conditioner so it was stuffy inside. The pillows were old and completely worn out. The room needs some repairs. The bathroom was narrow and the water splitted all over it when you had to take shower. The small window was facing the fence so it was no view from the room whatever. The WiFi signal was sometimes unstable. The shared kitchenette on the first floor did not have enough kitchenware (there were no cups). We had better apartments for the same price in other locations of Albania. I would not recommend these ground floor apartments to anyone even for the low price.
