Komfortowy, świeży, pachnący drewnem i czystością apartament na uboczu Polanicy z własnym tarasem, sporym ogródkiem (współdzielonym z drugim apartamentem) i bardzo przyzwoitym wyposażeniem. Miejsce parkingowe przed domem. Do centrum Polanicy można iść piechotą.

Ładnie w środku, czysto , wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażona kuchni, blisko do świetnej włoskiej knajpy.
Brak dużego lustra . Trzeba się było mocno schylać na schodach przy wejściu na piętro ponieważ można było mocno uderzyć się w głowę.

Wygodne łóżko. Ładne podwórko.
Z pozoru czystość zachowana, mimo tego podczas naszego pobytu napotkaliśmy na rybiki cukrowe. Było to dla nas dużym dyskomfortem. Jest ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, lecz kapsułek w domu nie było, gdybyśmy wiedzieli wcześniej to można byłoby się zaopatrzyć.
