Fajna lokalizacja na uboczu, jednak do centrum zaledwie 10 minut spacerkiem. Cisza i spokój. Bezpłatny parking pod obiektem. Komfortowe łóżka i dwie łazienki co jest bardzo na plus przy większej ilości osób. Przyjemny wystrój, dostępne telewizory w każdym z pokoi. Obiekt akceptuje psy. Dostępna jest winda i prysznic bezbrodzikowy co może być ułatwieniem dla osób niepełnosprawnych.
Informacja o opłacie za psa powinna być zawarta na stronie rezerwacji (chyba, że mi umknęła)

Apartament w bardzo dobrym stanie, dobrze wyposażony, w spokojnej okolicy, jakieś 10-15 minut spacerem z małym dzieckiem do centrum. Miejsce postojowe są ogólnodostępne za szlabanem na terenie mini osiedla oraz przed szlabanem. Z rodziną planujemy jeszcze jedną wizytę w Polanicy i chętnie wrócimy do Lux Apartament Loft raz jeszcze. Pozdrawiamy
