Fatima's kindness on arrival I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed from a difficult day and she was very nice to me The location is great, literally behind Vile Gale so you can go there to enjoy the evening entertainment, live acoustic singer or the buffet. Vile Gale is right beside Albufeira Shopping Centre / Continente supermarket S.C. and there's a great food hall upstairs with a amazing outdoor terraces, you can grab a cone or coffee from Burger King and sit out and enjoy. Very comfortable bed linen. Hostel is an apartment all on ground level. It's closer to the new Flix bus stop at bus station then Albufeira old town.

Need WiFi repeaters in the dorm. The WiFi signal keeps dropping off. You have to get up and go to reception to pick it up. Need to update photos, the dorm now has curtains on beds - it's also not in a family home as I thought from the description.

Perfectly clean, Fatima and Tiago take excellent care and they make sure it is perfectly clean and tidy in the bedroom’s and the whole hostel.

No it is a perfect hostel to stay at.

We saw a cockroach in the first bathroom , and there was a bad smell …

Good Location. Really nice (and always available) hosts.

Due to some guests it was not quite clean- even though the hosts came in daily to freshen up. Always difficult with some guests not caring about anyone else.
