Located in a great spot with sea views.
No air conditioning
Hot water system kept playing up and would burn you as cold water just stopped.

It was very central and close to my family, who live in Port Macquarie. Very clean, and the views from the balcony were exceptional.
The unit had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. It was ok when windows were open, but when all closed, you could smell it. I think it might come in through the bathroom vent.

right across road from beach! lovely view and very clean
I was disappointed I was not to,d about steep stairs inside unit to bedrooms and toilets, I had a 18 mth old and would not have booked, very dangerous and was a bit of a nightmare, the photos did not show these stairs. I had booked with 4 kids and think we should have been told

great unit close to everything,great view.
stank of cigarette smoke coming in from unit below no way to stop this all our clothes stank,a lot of stairs to climb.would suit young people who smoke,to many stairs for older people and possibly kids.
