About this villa rental
In a panoramic and quiet area just 5 minutes drive from the beaches of Pescoluse, independent villa of 130 square meters with fabulous sea view on the Maldives of Salento. Large living room, dining room with bay window overlooking the sea, equipped kitchen; two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large terrace with a wooden roof furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining area for outdoor meals with a brick barbecue. Swimming pool, outdoor shower, private parking and large garden.
At guests' disposal the whole villa "A casa di Ivan" which is about 1.2 km from the beach of Pescoluse. Excellent starting point to visit Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce, Castro, Santa Maria di Leuca and the countries of the Baroque.
Equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, shutters, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, kitchen accessories, linen. Swimming pool, outdoor shower, sunbeds and umbrella.

We had a wonderful stay. The home is even more spacious and beautiful than in photographs - meticulously clean and well appointed, stunning sea and sunset views, located down a secluded tree-lined gravel road amid an expansive garden of wise shrubs and cactuses. It is the perfect place to slow down and get away from it all.
Antonella and family were thoughtful, warm, communicative, and accommodating hosts. We look forward to returning when the pool is ready. Grazie mille!

la casa è fantastica: grande, pulita, spaziosa e super accessoriata, ed è molto meglio dal vivo che dalle foto che non le rendono giustizia.. La piscina è bella grande e ben tenuta (manutenzione costante) ed i ragazzi si sono divertiti moltissimo
I proprietari sono attenti, premurosi e discreti
la vista mare è stupenda.
che dire.... non si vorrebbe più andar via

Abbiamo soggiornato per le prime 2 settimane di Agosto in questa fantastica proprietà posizionata in una zona leggermente rialzata e tranquilla rispetto al mare ma, allo stesso tempo estremamente facile da raggiungere in auto (solo 1,2km dalle Maldive del Salento)
Penso sia davvero difficile poter trovare lati negativi per quanto riguarda la proprietà che è dotata veramente di tutto - WiFi - doppio split Aria condizionata in zona giorno e notte - ventilatore a pale in camera - grande TV a schermo piatto - lavastoviglie, lavatrice e barbecue. Inoltre il bagno - davvero grande e una cabina doccia XL non sempre facile da trovare.
Ad ogni modo la ragione principale per la quale ho scelto questa proprietà e stata la grande terrazza con tavolo e divano di generose dimensioni dalla quale ogni sera si possono ammirare splendidi tramonti (vedi foto) e la piscina fuori terra dove quasi tutte le sere le mie figlie si facevano una nuotata prima di cena.
Infine, l’eccezionale ospitalità di Antonella e di tutta la sua famiglia - fantastica in tutto dall’arrivo alla partenza.
È stata la prima volta che visitavo la Puglia e penso che l’anno prossimo ritornerò a Casa di Ivan.
