Only thing ( and I believe timing ) was lift was out of action twice for with people bringing in furniture. I had a bad hip so 7 floors walking was hard.

Extrêmement bien situé et très bonne communication avec la Propriétaire qui est charmante et réactive.

Tout était parfait.

L'espace, la propreté, les équipements, le confort du lit, la vue, l'amabilité du gardien...la réparation rapide de l'ascenseur.

Les mange-debout inadaptés aux personnes âgées ou handicapée ou à mobilité réduite. Signaler cet équipement dans le descriptif du studio!! Heureusement, nous avons pu utiliser la table et les chaises du balcon...

Good location, a 15 minute easy walk to the Cathedral past loads of shops and restaurants Nice balcony with a great view of the Cathedral Lovely restaurant 1 minute walk from the apartment if you don’t want to walk into town. Supermarket & a great bakery just along the street for breakfast croissants.

The kitchen has a single electric point located at head height so you have to boil the kettle and lift it down from head level. I spilled boiling water on my arm, it’s so ridiculous as well as being incredibly dangerous. The shower goes hot and cold at random. We had to call the owner on arrival day to get the access instructions which weren’t all that clear. To help others when you arrive you need to park outside on the road, get the key which has a remote to open the parking barrier (by pressing the button marked A) & then park your car & unload. The allocated parking space was occupied for the whole time we were there so we just parked in someone else’s spot which seemed to be ok We couldn’t get the electric window blinds to close on the first night. You need to use a remote control device. They worked fine for subsequent nights so not sure what we were doing wrong or if they are a bit temperamental.
