A wonderful, comfortable place with a very welcoming atmosphere. High quality, beautiful location, privacy, and warm hospitality. The hosts take great care of their guests, making your stay unforgettable. Everything is overseen by the irreplaceable Madame Zaza, to whom we send our warmest regards! Beautiful location, but staff could be more efficient

The beach and the apartment was very comfortable

Mario, the man who checked us in, did not answer any of my calls and texts on the day we were checking out, check out is 9am and therefore it made the entire experience very uncomfortable and tainted the trip for us

Good location and amenities, clean, secure car parking, quiet, right by sea with excellent facilities for sunbathing, friendly host (Marijo) and maid (Zaza). Regarding location: Only 30 minutes drive from Virzapar (for Skadar Lake) and 10 mins from Bar. Ulcinje, Cetinje & Podgorica only about an hour away.

Discovering a Hidden Gem: A Lavish Stay Between Bar and Sutomore Nestled along the stunning coastline between Bar and Sutomore, we embarked on an adventure that defied expectations. Our destination was Ulcinj, and as we planned to head to Sutomore, we were met with a chorus of caution from the Montenegrins we encountered. They warned us of the ‘quality’ of tourists and the crowds we’d find there. Nonetheless, we had already booked a room at a villa property and were intrigued by the promise of a private beach. So, despite the warnings, we ventured onward. And let me tell you, wow! We stayed at what was probably the most lavish and exclusive property in Sutomore, nestled in the most scenic part of this coastal gem. Upon our midnight arrival—Marijo, the son and co-manager of his father’s real estate and hospitality portfolio, greeted us warmly. Marijo, apologies again for the late hour and thank you for being so patient with us. He welcomed us with a genuine smile and unparalleled hospitality. A Luxurious Retreat The property itself was a revelation. Marijo took us on a tour of the estate, which exuded the charm of a high-end luxury boutique hotel while offering absolute privacy and stunning views. Each room was tastefully decorated, providing a blend of elegance and comfort that felt both luxurious and homey. The rooms were freshly made, and we appreciated the convenience of being able to wash and hang our clothes—a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more comfortable. The villa boasted a private beach, a rare and coveted feature along this part of the coast. Each room had its own cabana and two sunbeds, allowing us to relax and soak up the sun in complete seclusion. The private beach was pristine, offering crystal-clear waters and a serene environment that felt worlds away from the crowds we had been warned about. Unmatched Hospitality Marijo’s hospitality was the highlight of our stay.

Best place ever

The property is huge, private, clean and very very beautiful. The beach is private and is just one minute from the apartment. Everything is made with love sorrounded by stones, flowers, trees and see. The water is clean and you can enjoy the sunset drinking something in the beach-bed. You have here everything you need and above all PRIVACY. The owners are very kind people and very helpful. They invited us to try some homemade spirits and some delicious fruits from garden. We have been so far almost everywhere but this place toped almost every place. Thanks to Marijo and his great parents . Last but not least to not forget Zaza the housekepping wife that was here in everytime for everything. P.S We will visit you for sure next year and every year

excellent location with gorgeous views, worth every cent

the location is ideal with a gate to let you into the property. it feels extremely safe with children. the location at the beach is simply stunning. I could lay on the bed all day with no thoughts of work and really relax. close enough to to restaurants to easily walk, but far enough away not to deal with the loud crowd at night. very gracious hosts!

Peaceful, Relaxing, Excellent.

Marijo and his family were so lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived! The apartment was perfect and the private beach was to die for! The only downside was that we didn’t book for long enough!! We would definitely recommend visiting, and we’ll absolutely be booking here again

It was perfect. Nothing to complain about. Exactly as in the description. Maybe even more. Very select and well-kept location. The very friendly host, Marijo and his family helped us in everything we needed. The housekeeper Zaza is very prompt and always with a smile on her face.

Quality of whole object, perfect see view, amazing garden - 100/10! Clean and well equiped apartment, full respect of guests privacy. Perfect place to come, calm down and forget about the rest of the world. There was very close to boulevard but quiet. Great respect and sincere thanks to the kindest Mrs. Zaza, who is a good spirit of this place and cares about the guests like no one else! 😊 HVALA PUNO!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Amazing location and amazing views. Enclosed compound. Amazing private stone beach/pier, with beach beds and individual access to the sea. Great BBQ facilities. Spacious private parking. Fig trees on the premises (that you can just pick and enjoy!). Short distance away from Bar and Budva. Sutomore, while not on par with neighboring cities, is within a minute's walk and will satisfy any basic needs. Overall, our stay here was just grand. Definitely worth revisiting!

It was very nice, we spent here good time and could enjoy the uninterrupted stay.

The owner is a great guy who will do his best to help with everything. We could contact any time with various questions and we got answers. It is very nice that there is private access to the sea. We could use various equipment which belong to the object (sunbeds, floating toys for swimming). The room was cleaned up every day and the surroundings are in very good quality. One of the most important pros of this place is the fact it is far from the "party center" of Sutomore, so you will have uninterrupted stay.

We reported some minor issues with fridge which were not resolved during our stay. The shower is leaking so each time we took shwoer we had to cleanup the floor. The private access to the sea is designed in a way which prevents you from using it when there are waves (the waves will push you against rocks or concrete entrance to the sea) - this may not be so much of an issue if you the adults want to swim but is a serious obstacle with kids.

Greatest place in Sutomore

This is the best place in Sutomore. The host family was amazingly friendly. The apartman was clean and also cleaned every day. Every apartment got an own bed next to the sea so you do not have to go to the noise public beach.

Very friendly and helpful owners and personal, fantastic interior, direct access to private beach, roller blind so room was dark, quiet at night due to windows. Daily cleaning. All pictures match reality. I actually extended my stay by three to six because I enjoyed it very much.

Die Anlage ist unglaublich und die Besitzer sehr detailverliebt. Privater Meerzugang, eigene Sonnenpavillons, Parkplätze in der Anlage, moderne Zimmer. Die Vermieter und die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
