J'y suis resté 2 semaines et cet appartement est très fonctionnel. Il ne manque pas grand chose hormis la climatisation l'été ou un store pour le soleil . Situation parfaite pour les commerces et endroit très calme. Très agréable le matin en se levant et d'admirer la mer et les environs de la terrasse. J'y reviendrai avec grand plaisir et les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

Le gîte est d'une propreté,d'un confort irréprochable. Les propriétaires d'une très grande gentillesse et à l'écoute de nos demandes afin de les satisfaire. Soucieux du bien être des locataires ils recommandent les endroits à visiter, ceux pour les courses ou se restaurer.Nous recommandons cette location aux personnes désireuses de se rendre à St Laurent du Var. Bel appartement, moderne, bien équipé, agréable, au calme. Propriétaires sympathiques. Cependant la terrasse pose un problème: Nous étions en période de canicule, et le petit parasol ne suffit pas, il manque un équipement pour faire de l'ombre (store ou très grand parasol). Le soir, la terrasse est à l'ombre, ce pourrait être agréable, mais le lieu est envahi par les moustiques!

Appartement conforme aux photos, neuf, propre, fonctionnel (nous étions 2 adultes et 1 enfant), trés agréable vue mer, sans vis a vis, quartier tres calme parfait pour les grasses matinées. Le bruit de la ville en contrebas peut venir perturber certains petits déjeuners en terrasse, mais ne s'entend pas de l'intérieur. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui se sont montrés arrangeants pour les horaires d'arrivée / départ selon disponibilités.
