Have rented homes for the entire Summer the past 5 years and enjoyed this home, its location especially the close proximity to the bike trail. RP & the owner were great in addressing a bedding issue. The twin beds, comforters and pillows could use some updating along with providing a propane grill. Would rent this home again.

This home was well located to beaches, town, and bike trails. The home needs a broom and dustpan! We also saw carpenter ants in the kitchen during our stay. Some confusion experienced with return of keys with Ocean View Realty, but issue was addressed.

The house was as described. The location near the bike path and the modern deck make up for the dated interior. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and eating and the house was clean.
I did not appreciate driving to Orleans to pick up "the keys" only to find out that I just needed a lock box code, but that has more to do with Oceanview than the rental house.
