The hosts were available when telephoned and present an hour prior to arrival to greet us and show us how to use the appliances, air con and electronic shutters. The apartment was in immaculate condition, v clean and newly refurb with modern minimalist 'feel' to property.
My only suggestions would be:
to have some household cleaning products in property for bathroom and kitchen;
to explain the waste and recycle procedure, locating bins externally for disposal
to provide slightly larger towels - the hosts gave more towels upon request, yet they were all small hand towels and too small for an all over body towel;
there were no beach towels - you will need to take your own
the host said he would only return deposit if you kept receipt, which I felt was unreasonable. had I lost my receipt, he would not have refunded the 300 euro deposit which seems unjust.
