Good for a short trip
Location of the apartment is good, shop and restaurants nearby. It’s spacious and has everything you need. Host is friendly.
The bed is very uncomfortable and squeeks with each move. We found dirty dishes in the cupboard. Host was difficult to reach for check-in procedure (we were waiting for 15 min.).

Comfortable apartment in a peaceful location
Peaceful , but what feels like quite central location (at least off-season). The owner was very nice and polite, explained everything and shared some tips. They were great when it came to check-out and parking our car for a bit longer.
The apartment itself is large, lit and comfortable. No complaints.
All in all a great experience, especially for what we needed.

Pretty easy, the house lady waited for us, even though we came 2 hours later.
The parking lot is quite narrow, you need to be a good driver to park. But the parking is just in front of the house, so it is worth it.

The real location is not Portoroz but Lucia. It is about 200 m from Portoroz table. Parking is free. It is good location to relax walk around. If you dont eant to walk to Piran (5 km) you can take the bus in front of the apartment. Apartment is spacious, kitchen is ok. Supermarket just 50 m away.
Bed is very uncomfortable. There is no microwave oven.

The place was very clean and staff really friendly. We were able to arrange everything we needed. Apartment is very clean and neat, location is quite close to the sea.

Very good
Great location, near very good restaurant, and a general store. Beach is also very close, 5 min by walk to the nearest one. Our apartment had a bit dated furniture. Apartment has a washing machine which is a nice touch. Wifi has good speed but unstable signal, devices drop off very often.
No balcony.
Not much place to dry the towels and beachwear.

Good value for the money
The apartment is spacious, clean and the location is pretty good. Supermarket, coffeeshop, bus stop and restaurant around the corner. Plus the parking place for your car is just in front of the building.
Our bed was a bit uncomfortable and made cracking noises a lot.

Bellissimo appartamento
Apartments Lucia a Portorož è un posto davvero bellissimo e curato. L’appartamento è pulito, accogliente e ben attrezzato, ideale per rilassarsi.
La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, perfetta per una vacanza piacevole. Ottima anche l’accoglienza, sempre disponibile e gentile.
Consigliatissimo, torneremo volentieri.
Sarebbe apprezzato trovare in frigo un’acqua gassata e una naturale da mezzo litro.

Odlično pridemo še kdaj
Pri nastanitvi nam je bil vsec velik parking, prijaznost gostitljev. Ko smo prišli nam je gospa vse razložila.
Vse je bilo ok edino kar bi bilo dobro da se zamenja kavc ker je mal neudoben za spanje

Maga a szállás a szállás funkciót tökéletesen betölti. Az elhelyezkedés viszont jobb nem is lehetne. 100 méteren belül van étterem, szupermarket, buszmegálló, és nem mellékesen tenger (igaz, csak kikötő része, de fürdőzésre alkalmas rész is 5 perc sétára van kényelmes tempóban).
A korábbi véleményekre reflektálva, még mindig nincs mikró :D
Olykor volt némi kis kellemetlen kanális szag, de ezekkel együtt lehet élni azért. Ha a nyaralás alatt a szállás pusztán az alvás, tisztálkodás funkciókat kell ellássa, akkor perfekt választás.

Ogromne rozczarowanie
Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, darmowy parking, klimatyzacja. Dostępne talerze, kubki etc.
Niestety nie rozumiem dlaczego ten obiekt ma tak pozytywne opinie.
1. Obsługa- niestety brak informacji o konieczności posiadania gotówki przed przyjazdem do obiektu aby opłacić podatek klimatyczny (nie był to duży problem chociaż miło byłoby o tym wiedzieć wcześniej, szczególnie w czasach bezgotówkowych i biorąc pod uwagę, że w całej Słowenii płaciliśmy za podatek kartą)
W mieszkaniu była tylko jedna kołdra, poprosiłam o drugą i niestety do tej pory nie otrzymałam odpowiedzi ani kołdry mimo że na wiadomości dotyczące opłaty klimatycznej i kiedy mogłabym za nią zapłacić otrzymywałam natychmiastową odpowiedź...)
2. Widać, że mieszkanie nie jest najnowsze i nie mam z tym najmniejszego problemu natomiast nie znaczy to, że powinno być brudno.. prysznic był dość mały i bardzo zgrzybiały, klamka była popsuta przez co podczas używania zalewała się łazienka, przez to że w łazience znajduje się bojler było w niej bardzo ciepło ale nie za bardzo można było ją otwierać bo wtedy w mieszkaniu unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizy, lustro ewidentnie było mocno zużyte, a nad drzwiami wisiały kable przygotowane pod lampę. Na korytarzu i w salonie lepiła się podłoga podczas chodzenia. W salonie stół i blat kuchenny były ewidentnie niedomyte i się lepiły, podobnie jak fronty kuchenne i klamki od nich. Fajnie, że w mieszkaniu znajduje się ekspres, szkoda że był brudny. Sypialnia bez zarzutu (minus za jedną kołdrę i brak możliwości aby otrzymać drugą)
3. Parking- parking przed budynkiem jest darmowy ale kiedy było na nim kilka aut robiło się dość ciasno więc nie wiem na ile jest możliwości zaparkowania w szczycie sezonu (my byliśmy w połowie września).
4. Niestety przez drzwi i ściany słychać wszystko- o ile jestem w stanie zrozumieć, że słyszę zamykanie i otwieranie drzwi frontowych to niestety to, że o 4 rano obudził mnie budzik sąsiadów już nie.. niestety było słychać również jak włączali i wyłączali światło. Jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen może być ciężko.
