Great Cabin in an ideal location.

We enjoyed the Guest Holiday House very much. The location was perfect, far enough away from Zabljak to be out of the hustle and bustle, but close enough for amenities (restaurants, supermarkets, etc). The views from the cabin were spectacular with the mountains right at the doorstep. You can hike out the back door to many locations (Black Lake is quite close) with other areas (Tara Canyon, etc) a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cabin - it had everything we needed (family of 4) and the wood burning stove in the living room was great. The host (Filip) was great. He was accommodating with our check in time, gave us tips for things to do / key things in the area and made sure we had everything we needed.

There really wasn't anything we did not like. We enjoyed the cabin and location very much.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful location!

We had a great stay at this house, what a beautiful location waking up to views of mountains every day. It was a clean and comfortable house which can sleep 5, with 2 bedrooms. Located in Moticki Gaj only a short drive from Zabljak it was a great, peaceful spot to stay, but a car is needed! We arrived late, so it was tricky to find in the dark, as very limited street lighting, but the host Filip helped us which was really appreciated. Filip was a super host throughout, very responsive to questions and on hand with helpful recommendations of things to do. Thanks for everything!

Good location for travelling around Durmitor ,

Location is perfect for travelling around Durmitor. There is a really nice walk through the forest to the Black Lake. The nearest town, Zubljak , is only ten minutes away where there are super markets and restaurants. Highly recommend the large trout dish they serve in the restaurant by the Black Lake. Also , opposite the house there is a chair lift to take you up and down (if you want ! ) the mountain and the view from the top is amazing. Filip is always available on the end of the phone if you have any questions or requests, The house itself was in a perfect location with no other houses very close , and there is private parking on the premises.

Perfect vacation home in Durmitor

This is the perfect vacation home! Surrounded by nature, it is conveniently located next to the Savin Kuk ski center and within walking distance to Black Lake. The apartment is comfortable and well-equipped, exactly as described. Filip, the owner, was incredibly kind and provided us with excellent recommendations on where to go and what to see. The Durmitor hiking trails are breathtaking, and with them right at your doorstep, you can leave your car parked for a while and fully enjoy the surroundings.

Perfect location

Perfect location not far from Zabljak, silence, peace, space and amazing views all around. The house is large, very well equipped, nothing is missing. The owner is very nice, helpful and available at any time. A bottle of wine and sweets were waiting for us. It was great to wake up with such views outside. I sincerely recommend.

A place of tranquility after s busy day of adventuring in Durmitor

The house is located in a tranquil peripheral settlement near Zhabljak. It has a million dollar view of the ski slopes of Savin Kuk. And if you think the front view is exceptional, the back of the house is facing the endless view of the high plains of Zhabljak. The house itself is clean and equipped for a stay during warmer and colder days. The owner Filip is very friendly and helpful with the stay itself, but also with tips about what to do in Durmitor National Park.

The breathtaking views of the lakes and Dormitor peaks were truly awe-inspiring and made our trip unforgettable. We were absolutely happy at this place. The view from a living room is adorable. You can lay down on the sofa and enjoy. It's easy to navigate. While we were there, we saw caws, horses and a cute dog, that were walking by themselves.

The guest house Holiday is incredibly quiet and set in a beautiful landscape. The staff was helpful and understanding. From the house, there are numerous visit options. We really had an amazing time with my wife and two small girls.

The stay at Philip's house was wonderful! A warm, secluded home but still close to all city services. The house is equipped with everything needed. Fast check-in experience. Philip was available and went out of his way to help with whatever was needed. The wood stove we turned on in the evenings gave a warm and fun feeling. There was hot water, excellent internet and all the basic necessities in the kitchen like salt oil coffee tea. Philip Thanks for everything!

Furniture, House Decor, Location and the open space, you can name more... A very comfortable place to stay with family. It is situated in an open space facing the mountain. My kids were loving it. If you have a car, driving to the city Centre is very easy! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay. Thanks to the host, Filip for his quick response on questions asked. This is definitely a 9+ place to stay!

Everything was great! The host communicated with us as soon as the booking was made. We were at the property rather late but we were greeted by a really pleasant lady. The house is great, and it has everything you need. In addition, we got great suggestions from the host (you have to try Smocani kacamak! :) ). The scenery on Durmitor is... I don't know where to start from, to keep it short - The nature there is fabulous!

Really recommend this place!

Great place. Filip and Branka help us everywhere. They waited for our late check-in. Met us with home wine and sweets, honey, rakija, coffee. In the kitchen there were a lot of staff, everything you need for cooking and comfort leaving. A lot of hook in the house - I like it. Also Filip recommended us differenct places, notifies us when shops are going to be closed. We definitely want to come to this place next time. Really recommend this place.

Winter idyll at Žabljak

Property really close to the line to the “Savin kuk” it has it’s own parking. The facility is spacious and well organised, well equipped, internet was great, heating was combined we preferred wood heating that can warm up all the house. Owner was exceptional, outgoing and helpful. Highly recommended!

The cabin was a warm, cozy place to hang out. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had everything we needed. Having a wood stove helped to keep the winter chill away! When the snow clouds cleared we had beautiful views!
