Beachy, Comfortable, Great Location!

Great Location! Walkable and Comfortable Approximately 950 sq foot, Two-bedroom, Two-bathroom condo with kitchen, dining room, living room and small deck. Condo has central air conditioning Complex also has pool. Maximum occupancy is four people. My unit is not suitable for children under 12 years of age.

Master Bedroom has a queen-sized bed and private bathroom with sink, john and stall shower. Second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with second bathroom a few feet from bedroom. Unit is equipped with washer and dryer.

Living Room has Sofa and Loveseat, with 40" Hi-DEF LCD television with Internet Streaming through Comcast and Roku There is a small deck off of the living room.

New within last two seasons, refrigerator, floors, lighting, paint, master bed, mattress and boxspring, guest mattress and boxspring, bathroom fixtures, all door hardware.

Unit is not far from highway and is on the "good side" of the highway, meaning you can walk into town without having to cross the highway. A five-minute drive from tax-free outlet shopping and a 15-20minute walk into town, 20-25 to the beach, or about a 5-10 minute car ride to the beach. It is approximately 1.2 miles door to Boardwalk, if that helps. While not a block from the beach, because the complex is on the "good side of the highway," you can walk anywhere in town, or hop on the DART bus, which stops right at the Henlopen Junction shops immediately in front of Henlopen Station. Or grab the Jolley Trolley to get you to town.

Please note. My description is accurate. My place is NOT one or two blocks from the beach. However, if you know Rehoboth, you know that being on the "good side of the highway." means you CAN walk anywhere without needing to cross it. Big advantage.

Everything is relative. I have had guests RAVE about the location and some say "it's a little too far to walk to the beach." New Yorkers, on the other hand, have commented, "we walk everywhere; a mile is nothing." If you are toting a lot of gear to the beach, grab a parking pass for $10-15 and park a block away. If you're like me, a backpack chair and a towel and beach bag, enjoy your walk, the sunshine, the sights of town on your way to the beach. It is literally about a mile walk from my door to the boardwalk/beginning of the beach.

Unit is fully furnished with all necessary kitchen supplies: pots, pans, dishes, glasses, microwave, coffeepot with filters, toaster, full stove/oven, full-size refrigerator. Dining area is furnished with a table and four-chairs. Sheets, towels and soap are provided for all guests. A lock box with code houses the key to the unit for easy "check-in and out." Additional keys will be supplied for each guest.

Guests are provided with House Rules and must abide by them, please. No smoking in unit or on any of the decks, NO pets allowed. Quiet hours must be observed between 11:00 p.m and 8:00 a.m. when no loud music is to be played and no loud appliances run. The unit is equipped with two designated parking spaces for which you will be supplied parking permits.
