There is an elevator and stairs for easy access to this 2nd floor condo.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Condo was outstanding -- comfortable, clean and owners did a great job in providing everything needed for an outstanding vacation. Condo was fully equipped and even had everything needed for your beach experience -- chairs, umbrellas and more. Highly recommend. Communications with management of the condo left a lot to be desired -- no less it didn't detract from our vacation and this wonderful condo.

The condo is located about 1.5 miles from the center of Rehoboth - an easy bike ride or an easy drive. Also, the bike trail was very convenient as well as easy access to Coastal Hwy. We had three adult children with us and there was plenty of room to sleep and hang out. There is a nice little deck with a few chairs. The kitchen is well equipped - we cooked most nights. We appreciated that the condo had laundry detergent, dish detergent, hand soap , garbage bags - all the kind of stuff that you need but you don't necessarily want to pack. We would stay again.
