This 2 bedroom sleeps 6 with a comfortable sofa-bed. Fully equipped with brand new furnishings, kitchenware & linens, a water cooler dispenser, safe, 3 air conditioners, plus custom room darkening shades.
The community offers a lobby reception area with on-site 24/7 security & 24 surveillance cameras. Other features include' a large & attractive pool surrounded by GORGEOUS & LUSH tropical grounds, 2 shaded community gazebo / grilling areas.
Please note in an effort to conserve energy, as with most vacation rentals in Punta Cana, electricity is charged separately based on your consumption during your stay. The average cost will normally vary between US$5 and US$10 per day, but could fall outside this range, depending on your usage and can be self monitored daily. The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out and will be charged separately on your credit card via VRBO

Location was very nice. Condo well located and appointed. Management company provided good service.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend.
Having said that, here are a few things that could be improved:
-Update of showers (they are quite tired given humidity levels)
-Update of appliances (although the issues we experienced were quickly resolved)
-Update of pool facilities - not enough tables or chairs and many were broken; grill and BBQ are dated and do not work well
